"Well you finally got your own animal," Nightwing says as he holds Tigress' right hand.
"Yeah," Tigress smiles.
"I have to ask, how did you come up with the name Mowgli?" Miss Martian asks.
"It's the name of the main character of one of the books I read as a child," Tigress says.
"Let me guess, your dad had you read it because of Shere Khan?" Nightwing asks.
Tigress gives a little chuckle, and after realizing why, Nightwing joins her.
"What's so funny?" Miss Martian asks.
"In the book Shere Khan is a tiger," Nightwing says.
"Okay, that is a little funny," Miss Martian joins in the laughter.
Baby does a few beeps.
"Looks like we are here," Miss Martian says.
"Camouflage and drop us on the roof," Nightwing says.
"Already done," Miss Martian says as they land and Baby opens the door.
"Come on Mowgli," Tigress says.
The wolf follows Tigress out of the ship.
"Dick."
Nightwing turns around and looks at Miss Martian.
"I'll call you Monday," Nightwing says.
Miss Martian nods and Nightwing leaves the ship.
"What was that about?" Tigress asks.
"She is just helping me come to terms with what happened with the Talons," Nightwing lies.
"Ok, are you okay?" Tigress asks as they jump onto the balcony.
"Even though I didn't do the deed I still basically committed familicide by supplying the antidote," Nightwing says as they walk into the apartment.
Brucely walks over to them and sniffs Mowgli.
"Please let them like each other," Tigress says crossing her fingers.
"Looks like they are good," Nightwing says as Brucely and Mowgli lay next to each other.
"Good, now we can change," Tigress says.
"Freda open closets," Nightwing says as he takes his mask off.
"Yes Dick," Freda says.
The walls split revealing the closests.
"Maybe we should call Wendy, I mean aside from her being my assistant, she is a part of the Outsiders and thus will be coming in the apartment more than Leah," Tigress says changing into her civilian clothes.
"The temp housing has a Zeta-Tube and maybe it's not the best idea to take Mowgli downstairs until we tell Leah and those who know us," Dick says.
"Good point, Mowgli come," Artemis says.
The wolf gets up and walks over to them.
"Nightwing, B-01, Tigress, B-07," the Zeta-Tube reads.
"Wolf!" A boy yells.
The statement makes all the Meta-Humans living with Wendy scream.
Wendy uses her powers to fly in.
"Woah Wendy, it's just us," Dick says before she can hit them.
"Oh, Dick, Artemis, it's okay everyone they aren't a threat. But what's with the wolf?" Wendy lands on the ground.
"He is the newest member of the Team, this is Mowgli," Artemis says petting him.
"So we have two wolves?" Zoe asks.
"Not exactly, Wolf belongs to Superboy and is part of the Outsiders, Mowgli is part of the Team," Wendy says.
"But aren't they the same?" The girl that ripped her sweater during the fight to take down the Meta-Human fight ring says.
"The Outsiders and Justice League are in the spotlight, everyone knows who they are, nobody knows about the Team, we do covert ops, check out the scene before the League goes in," Dick explains.
"Oh, so you guys are like spies," a boy says.
"Exactly," Wendy says.
"We can't have Mowgli in the hotel, it would freak guests out, do you think he can stay here?" Artemis asks Wendy.
"Sure," Wendy replies.
"Are you sure? You won't be able to take Mowgli with you during work," Dick says.
"Wonder Girl has more members of the Outsiders coming to help and El Dorado convinced those who attended the Meta-Human Youth Center in Taos to come help here, they know the situation," Wendy says.
"Beast Boy, D-01," the Zeta-Tube reads.
"Garfield," Dick says.
"Shouldn't you be in California?" Artemis asks.
"No, I'm needed here, oh cool an Indian Wolf," Garfield says turning into the animal.
"I guess he will have a friend to play with," Wendy says.
"Remember that Mowgli is my enhanced pet, I will be taking him on missions," Artemis says.
"No problem," Garfield says after turning back into a human.
"Call us if you need anything," Dick says.
Mowgli whines as he sees Artemis start walking away.
"Aww," Artemis says turning around.
"He doesn't want to leave you," Wendy says.
"Then what do we do? We can't have a wolf walking around the hotel and we can't keep him cooped up in the apartment," Artemis says.
"We keep him with us at the apartment and then when you go to work he can stay with Wendy until he is needed," Dick suggests.
"I guess we can try it," Artemis says.
"Right now that's all we can do, Mount Justice was still active when Connor adopted Wolf so we are having to learn as we go with Mowgli," Dick says.
"Okay, come on Mowgli," Artemis says as she gets up and walks towards the Zeta-Tube.
"I'll be right there, I just want to check on these kids," Dick says.
"Okay."
"Tigress, B-07," the Zeta-Tube reads.
"I need you to do me a favor and Artemis can't know," Dick says.
"What is it?" Wendy asks.
"Megan is off Monday and she is going with me to get Artemis a ring, call Connor and see if he is willing to help train Mowgli while I go shopping," Dick says.
"On it, I will call him now," Wendy says taking her phone out.
"Thanks," Dick says.
"Nightwing, B-01," the Zeta-Tube calls out as he walks through the tunnel.
