"Nightwing, B-01," the Zeta-Tube reads out.
"I'm back, safe and sound like I promised," Nightwing comes over.
"I'm glad," Artemis puts her head back for a kiss.
"Let me change and then you can tell me what I missed," Nightwing says after the kiss.
"Okay."
"What's wrong?" Nightwing asks noticing Artemis' tone.
"It's nothing," Artemis says.
Nightwing comes around and takes Artemis' head so they are looking at each other.
"It's not nothing, what happened?"
"We had to fight Granny Goodness, there might be a new fight ring in Gotham," Artemis says.
"Who's we?"
"Me, Wendy, Garfield, Connor, and Tim."
"Let me change and you can tell me everything," Nightwing sighs before going into the bedroom.
"Black Lightning is at the door," Freda announces showing the camera.
"I'm so dead," Artemis groans as she goes to the door.
"Artemis, we need to talk," Black Lightning gets straight to the point.
"Am I suspended?" Artemis asks.
"No, I just made a decision without Dinah's input," Jeff comes in.
"Black Canary, 13," the Zeta-Tube calls out.
"Perfect timing, now I can get your input, do you think Artemis is ready to go back into the field?" Jeff asks.
"Yes, she is doing well, but I do suggest getting an animal to take with her on missions, like how Connor has Wolf, I just talked to Billy and he said he would be willing to help her," Dinah says.
"It will have to wait, there is a new fight ring in Gotham," Dick says coming out of the bedroom still in his superhero suit.
"Let me call Wendy and then I will go change and meet you there," Artemis says picking up her phone.
"Okay," Nightwing says before leaving out the balcony.
"Incoming call from Robin," Freda says showing his logo.
"Answer," Artemis says.
Freda connects the two heroes.
"What's up Robin?"
"You won't believe what I just found," Robin says.
"Let me guess, Firefly left the tent up so someone could hide a Meta-Human fight ring?" Artemis guesses.
"How'd you know?"
"Granny Goodness in Gotham, and not letting the kid go? Not to mention how corrupt this city is," Artemis says.
"Good point," Robin says.
"I'm changing and then going, Dick is already on his way," Artemis says.
"I'll meet him there, I contacted Superboy in case we need more muscle," Robin says.
"Don't forget your ear comm."
"Batman and Nightwing would kill me if I forget that, but thanks for the reminder," Robin says.
"See you soon."
"See you soon," Robin says before hanging up.
"Freda, ask Wendy to come up," Artemis says.
"Already did, she is on the fourteenth floor," Freda replies.
"Thank you," Artemis says walking into the bedroom.
Even though she can't go on a mission by herself yet she feels free and happy that nobody will get in trouble.
"Welcome Wendy," Freda says as the door opens.
"Freda, open weapons closet," Tigress says as she walks out of the bedroom.
The wall turns around and reveals all the weapons Tigress uses.
"So I'm assuming that this isn't a normal assistant task," Wendy says.
"We fight psychopaths and billionaires who are trying to take over the world, have kids with superpowers fight each other, and keep Earth safe, when are most of your tasks normal?" Tigress asks as she selects her tools for the mission.
"Good point," Wendy says.
"Are you the only Outsider in Gotham who is a Meta-Human?"
"No, but I'm the only one who has been to a Meta-Human Youth Center," Wendy says.
"Zoe may not be the only Meta-Human to reside in Gotham, do you have any room left?"
"A few rooms, but Batman also made some secret hotels just for Meta-Humans, but only Robin knows where they are because they aren't needed yet," Wendy says changing her outfit.
"Good, he is helping with taking this fight ring down, are you ready?"
"Let's do this," Wendy says as she is now Windfall.
"Freda, open balcony doors," Tigress says.
The doors open as Tigress and Windfall run and jump into the air.
"Robin says the fight ring is at the circus tent," Tigress says.
"That is so messed up," Windfall says as they head to the location.
"Right," Tigress says.
They arrive at the tent where the team is trying to safely get the Meta-Humans out of the tent.
"Robin, Windfall says you know safehouses for the Meta-Humans," Artemis says.
"I do," Robin confirms.
"Take the group to the first safehouse, we shouldn't have big groups," Nightwing says.
"Got it," Robin agrees.
"Windfall, you go with Robin," Tigress says.
"Yes Ma'am," Windfall says taking the back of the line.
"You kids just don't get it do you?" Granny Goodness asks.
"Meta-Humans aren't for your own personal entertainment," Superboy says.
Nightwing throws a baterang and opens a cage where about 15 kids are being held.
"Windfall and I are on our way back, some of the other Outsiders are protecting the children," Robin says.
"Good because you have a new group to take," Nightwing says.
Superboy and Tigress rush over and start taking the kids out of the cage.
"I'm stuck!" a girl yells as she tries to pull her jacket off the wall of the cage.
"You take these kids to Robin, I will get the girl," Superboy says to Tigress.
Tigress nods and picks up a kid who fell.
"Is that all of them?" Robin asks.
"I believe so," Nightwing says.
"I'll do a quick scan," Superboy says as he gives Tigress the crying child.
"And I will fly above," Windfall says making a tornado.
"That was my favorite sweater," the girl cries.
"I'm sorry, but we have to get you to safety, a place where you won't be used as entertainment, okay?" Tigress asks the girl.
The girl nods.
"Everyone accounted for?" Robin asks.
"Yep there are 15," Nightwing says.
"Okay, let's get them to the safehouse," Tigress says as she carries the crying child.
