Chapter 10: TJ vs Mya (Part 2)

TJ and Mya continued their epic finals battle.

"Man, they're going all out." Tatsumi said.

"As they should." Mine smirked.

"Nice one sis." TJ said. "All that training is paying off."

"I have you to thank for that Big Brother." Mya said.

"Well then..." TJ said.

TJ then prepared to fire an energy beam.

"Wait! An energy blast!?" Chelsea said.

"It's blow through the stands!" Lubbock said.

"Think about what you're doing!!" Wave said.

"Let them try one." Tatsumi said. "If Mya was taught by TJ, I'm sure they'll be alright."

TJ then fired the blast at Mya, but she leapt to the air to dodge it. TJ the diverted the blast to the sky to avoid crashing into the stands.

"See?" Tatsumi said.

"I've seen that b-before." Takato Sai stuttered. "You've got to be kidding me."

"I can do you one better." Mya said.

Mya then took the stance of the Possession Wave. 

"Woah. She can do a Possession Wave?" Tatsumi said.

Mya then fired the Possession Wave and TJ dodged it of course.

The beam then crashed into the billboard above the stadium.

"Okay, that was little to close for comfort." Tatsumi said.

"Yeah, that settles it." Takato Sai said. "It's that same boy from before at the Vain games. The son of the other guy."

"I'd say we drop the energy blasts just to be safe, okay?" TJ said.

"Yeah, good idea." Mya said.

"Let's keep going and finish this." TJ said.

"Yeah!" Mya said.

TJ and Mya then ran at each other. TJ then grabbed Mya and threw her to the air but as she stopped, she scanned for TJ but couldn't find. him.

"Where'd he go?" Mya said.

TJ then appeared behind Mya and put her in a full nelson.

"Uh oh. Your big brother got you Mya." Mine said.

"Fight it." Tatsumi said.

"You give up?" TJ said.

"No way!" Mya said.

"Come on Mya. Give up." TJ said.

Mya the transformed into her Emo-State transformation and broke free from her brother's submission.

"What! She has a transformation!?" Tatsumi said.

"Yeah. She-uh got that a while ago." Leone chuckled.

"What the hell is this?" Toria said.

"Oh no. It's them. Those freaky weirdos are back, and they brought their kids!" Takato Sai said.

"Really? I thought we agreed on no transformations." TJ chuckled.

"Yeah. Sorry Big Brother. I got carried away there." Mya nervously chuckled.

"Let's make this tournament interesting." TJ said. "I won't use my left arm."

"Oh really?" Mya said.

"Yeah. Really." TJ said.

TJ and Mya then continued their back-and-forth melee and all over the tournament.

TJ connected a punch on Mya and Mya returned with a punch of her own. They both went blow for blow again and Mya landing a spinning kick on TJ and then followed up with another punch.

TJ then fired an energy beam at Mya, she leapt to the air again to dodge it. 

Mya flew hundreds of feet above the tournament ring and looked down at her brother.

"Okay. Now what is Mya planning?" Chelsea said.

"Here I come Big Brother!" Mya said.

Mya then came charging down at TJ.

"She's trying to scope out my next move."  TJ thought. "She's trying to use this charge to put more power into whatever her next attack is going to be. Sorry, Sis, your big bro is way more seasoned at this then you are."

TJ then dodged Mya, but Mya used an energy ball to rebound from the ground and charged back TJ.

TJ dodged Mya a second time and fired an energy ball at the back of Mya which sent her flying towards the stands.

Mya was able to stop herself from crashing into the people, but her feet touched the bleachers meaning she was about out of bounds.

"Ladies and gentlemen, we have a winner!! The Masked Vigilante wins the Junior Championship Finals by ring out!" the ring announcer said.

"A victory for team TJ." TJ chuckled.

Mya walked back over to the tournament ring.

"Looks like your big brother wins this one." TJ chuckled.

"Yeah. I'll get you next time." Mya smiled. 

"I'll be waiting." TJ smiled.

TJ and Mya then embraced in a hug.

"Give it up for these two prodigies!!" the ring announcer said as the stadium erupted in applause.

"You two look like proud parents." Chelsea said.

"Yeah. That's because we are." Tatsumi said.

"Definitely. We couldn't be prouder of the two of them." Mine said.

After receiving the prize money for champion and runner up, TJ and Mya then headed over to everyone else who were waiting for them in the lobby.

"You two did great out there." Esdeath said as she gave both TJ and Mya bone crushing hugs.

"T-Thanks... E-Esdeath." TJ struggled to say.

"We're so proud of guys." Tatsumi said. "Good to know you both have been training over the years."

"On top of that, you guys got us some prize money." Mine said.

"I wasn't really in it for the money." TJ said. "Well, I was until I faced Mya at least."

"Well, now at least you'll be able to enter the regular tournaments from now on." Bulat said.

"Thank god." TJ said. "You'll be on your own in these junior tournaments from now on, Sis."

"Eh, that's fine." Mya shrugged. "They'll be easy."

"You guys want to go grab a bite to-" Najenda was trying to suggest.

"Yes." Akame said immediately.

"Leave it up to Akame to cut right to the chase." Chelsea chuckled.

"As a matter of fact, I am very hungry." TJ said.

"Yeah, I am too." Mya said. 

"Good. Let's go everyone." Najenda said.

"I'm getting a hundred bottles of sake!" Leone said.

"Hey Toria, you coming?" TJ said.

"Yeah, I might as well." Toria said.
