"The first match is Mine versus Toma!" The ring announcer said.

"Mine's about to kill this guy." Seryu said.

"Figuratively. Right?" Lubbock chuckled.

"Begin!" the Ring Announcer said.

"I'll make this quick." Toma said.

Mine flicked Toma in the forehead which sent him flying out of the ring.

"Yeah, quick work of your ass." Mine said.

"Good job, babe." Tatsumi said as Mine walked back to the lobby.

"Nice work, Mine." Akame said.

Esdeath walked up to Mine.

"Hug?" Mine smiled as she expanded her arms.

"Sure, why not." Esdeath chuckled as she and Mine embraced.

"Well, Tatsumi you and this Lars kid is up next." Leone said. "Let's see if he's worth all the hype."

"Don't worry I'll make sure he gives a good show." Tatsumi said.

"Here he comes." Akame said.

"Hey there, we're up next." Tatsumi said. "Let's give the people a fight to remember, okay?"

Tatsumi extended his hand to Sral.

"I'm looking forward to our match." Sral said as he shook Tatsumi's hand.

Tatsumi and Sral made their way to the ring.

"Didn't Tatsumi say something about some strong fighter?" Chelsea said. "You don't think he was talking about this kid, right?"

"Nah, no way." Wave said. "Look at him."

"Power isn't determined by physical appearance, Wave." Run said.

"He's right." Bols said. "This kid might be who Tatsumi was talking about."

"May be." Bulat said.

"Guess we'll see." Lubbock said.

"And see we will." Najenda said.

"Begin!" The ring announcer said.

Sral was shaking from nervousness.

"Poor kid's scared." Tatsumi thought. "I got to wake him up."

"Hey, the people back at your village wouldn't want you to be scared like this; not when there's so much at stake for you." Tatsumi said. "How would they feel if you got eliminated this early and retuned with no money, huh? You better push through it. The faith and trust from your people is all on you and you alone."

Sral charged at Tatsumi with a kick that he blocked.

"Holy shit! That's all it took to wake him up?!" Tatsumi thought.

Tatsumi's arm vibrated from the force.

Sral landed a vicious punch to Tatsumi which knocked him to the ground.

"Now that's more like it." Tatsumi said as he got up. "That's the reincarnation of Lars for you."

Sral dove at Tatsumi which dodged by Tatsumi.

Tatsumi and Sral then traded blows until Tatsumi jumped up and swung Sral to the ground.

"I won't lose!!" Sral said as exploded out of the rubble and charged at Tatsumi and they both began trading blows again.

"Impressive. Little by little, he's catching up to me." Tatsumi thought.

"Tatsumi wasn't lying." Leone said.
