Chapter 27: The Monster's Unnatural Power

Lars viciously headbutted Lex down to the ground.

"Lex!" TJ exclaimed.

"Fantastic Lars! Destroy! Destroy!" Drakeo applauded.

TJ exploded out of the rubble and transformed into Incursio 2. He looked around at everyone's unconscious bodies on the ground and then looked up at Lars.

"Damn it." TJ grunted. "I have to save Supreme Priest."

Lex slowly made his way out of the rubble as Lars came down, right next to him.

"I'll give you a fight!" Lex said as Lars stomped over to him.

With the sheer force of his eyes, Lex knocked Lars back slightly but to his horror, it did nothing to damage him.

Lars walked up to Lex and smiled evily and used the same technique on Lex which sent him flying back at Drakeo, who dove out of the way.

Drakeo stood over Lex.

"Are you feeling pain, Supreme Priest?" Drakeo mocked as he nudged him with his foot. "Does it hurt?"

Lars came from above and crushed Lex by sitting on him, causing him to scream in pain.

"What's wrong, Supreme Priest?" Drakeo laughed.

Lex tried to fight back to his feet but collapsed.

"Serves you right! You bastard!" Drakeo laughed. "Now, I'll kill you myself."

TJ came in and kick Lars away and Drakeo dove for cover.

"Tell me you're okay, Supreme Priest!" TJ said.

Lex turned over to TJ and gave a weak smile.

"Damn it! I was getting to the best part!" Drakeo said.

Lars cartwheeled back over to TJ and healed the mark on his face from TJ's kick.

"That didn't do anything to him."  TJ thought. "What kind of monster is he?"

"Get out of Lars' way." Lars said. "You go bye."

TJ charged at Lars.

"No, TJ! Look out!" Lex warned.

Lars blasted TJ a great distance away and the energy ball began driving TJ skywards.

"Yes! Get his ass out of here!" Drakeo cheered.

Lex, using his eyes, Lex destroyed the ball and TJ crashed to the ground unconscious, hundreds of miles away.

"Let that be enough."  Lex thought. "Let him be alive."

Lex passed out.

"You deserve a painful death, Supreme Priest." Drakeo said. "You've been a thorn in my side and now thanks to the strong fighters you brought with you, I got to release Lars and finally kill you once and for all."

Drakeo changed his mind.

"Actually, Lars, you kill him." Drakeo said. "Just to be safe."

Lars rubbed his stomach.

"I eat now." Lars said.

"That's fantastic! Eating him for lunch!" Drakeo laughed. "Yes! Eat him! What a shameful end to the mighty Priest. Eat every last piece! Don't leave a shred of him behind."

All of a sudden, a spear went through Lars from the back.

Monsoon had risen to the shock of Drakeo.

"Why did you do that!?" Drakeo said.
