Chapter 16: Drakeo the Wizard

Talia ran over to TJ.

"Oh my God! Is she alright?" Talia said.

"Well, you guys coming along?" Tatsumi said.

"If you're chasing off after them then we'll go as well." Najenda said.

"Esdeath, you coming?" Tatsumi asked.

"I might as well." Esdeath replied.

"Then let's go." Najenda said.

"Mya, sweetie, you stay with the Jaegers, okay?" Mine said.

"Oh, alright." Mya frowned. "You be careful."

"We will." Mine smiled.

Night Raid flew over to Kubo.

"Is Sheele going to be safe with you?" Tatsumi asked.

"Yes, we'll join you after I heal her." Kubo said.

"You guys watch over Mya while we're gone." Susanoo said as he leapt from the stands down to the ring.

"We'll keep her safe." Bols nodded.

Night Raid flew off along with Esdeath.

"Where's is everyone going?" Sheele weakly asked.

"You'll know soon enough." Kubo said as he restored Sheele back to full health.

TJ stood up.

"You're looking good as new!" Toria exclaimed.

"Yeah, I'm good." Sheele said. "So, who are you?"

"Take to the sky with me, I'll explain on the way." Kubo said.

Takato Sai approached a staff member.

"Where is Talia?" Takato Sai asked.

"She's over there." the staff member pointed to the ring.

"She's fucking around with that punk kid!" Takato Sai grunted.

"Hey, TJ, I want to go with you guys." Talia said.

"Not a good idea." TJ said.

"Come on, please." Talia said. "Let me tag along."

"Fine but if it gets too dangerous, you're out of there." TJ said. "Let's go."

"Thanks, TJ." Talia said.

TJ and Talia flew after Sheele and Kubo.

"When the fuck was my daughter able to fly!?" Takato Sai said.

TJ and Talia caught up to Sheele and Kubo.

With Night Raid, Esdeath and Lex:

"Hey!" Tatsumi called out.

"Thank you all for joining me." Lex said. "I doubt that I could've won this battle on my own."

"Really? These guys should be light work." Leone said.

"Lukka and Doncic aren't the concern." Lex said. "It's the dark wizard controlling them."

"A wizard?" Najenda said.

"Long ago, when the human race was in its infancy, Drake, a wizard from the distant edge of the multiverse. With him he brought along a monster whose existence only consisted of destruction." Lex said. "A monster by the name of Lars."

"Lars? Sounds like a teenage edge lord." Chelsea shrugged.

"You couldn't be more wrong, Chelsea." Lex said. "Lars only exists to bring chaos and destruction to this entire multiverse. That's exactly what he did, without a single shred of consciousness to deter him. With Lars under his control, Drake sought to eradicate every galaxy he could find. Hundreds of worlds inhabited or not were reduced to rubble. universes were erased from existence, no one could withstand the full force of his malevolence."
