Chapter 66: The End of Lars

"Do you feel that?" Najenda asked.

"Yeah, it's a massive clash of energy between my dad and Lars." TJ said.

"Yeah, Tatsumi must've launched the bomb." Najenda said. "They're on the World of the Priests."

"But that's sacred ground and that means we can't back him up, not with Kubo to help us get there." TJ said. 

"For now, let's head to the Overwatch." Najenda said. "We'll be able to sense their energy better from up there."

"Right." TJ said. "Come on, Sis."

"Okay." Mya said.

ON THE WORLD OF THE PRIESTS:

Kid Lars was pushing the Incurse Bomb back at Tatsumi.

"Damn, he's strong." Tatsumi said. "But this isn't just my power I've got here, it's the spirit energy of everyone on earth. Their trust was put in me, and I won't waste that."

ON EARTH - THE OVERWATCH:

Najenda arrived at the Overwatch.

"Boss!" Leone said.

"Good to see you." Esdeath said as she placed an arm around Najenda.

"Same here." Najenda said as she put an arm around Esdeath.

TJ also arrived and was standing behind Talia.

"TJ!!" Mine screamed out.

"TJ...?" Talia said as she turned around and was met with a smile from TJ.

Talia cried and was hammering away on TJ's chest. "You big dummy! I thought I lost you!! I was so worried!!"

"Yeah, sorry about that." TJ said as he scratched his head.

"Glad you're alive, grandson." Gemma said.

"Great job." Tomas said.

"You left me! Don't ever do that again, TJ!" Mine cried. "My baby boy...."

"Dial it back some, Mine." Chelsea chuckled. "Are you trying to give him a mommy complex?"

Mine felt something tug on her sleeve and she looked down and saw Mya smiling up at her.

"Hi, mom." Mya smiled.

Mine couldn't hold back her tears and hugged Mya tightly.

"That's strange."  Najenda thought. "Tatsumi's energy is getting weaker."

On the World of the Priests:

"Come on, Tatsumi... finish him off." Akame said.

"I can't do it!! I need more power!!" Tatsumi said.

Kid Lars began pushing the Incurse Bomb back with more force.

"Damn it! I'm just maxed out!" Tatsumi said. "We were so close too!!'

"That's what it is." Akame said. "We put all our attention to making the Incurse Bomb, but Tatsumi is too exhausted to control it.

"Come on!!" Tatsumi said.

ON NEW PLANET ZULO:

"This is bad! It's possible that the Incurse Bomb doesn't have enough power to finish off Lars!" Elder Priest said.

"That can't be true! We sent our energy and everything!" Megan said. "It has to be enough!"

"Now we know just how mighty you are.... Lars." Kubo Priest said.
