Chapter 13: The Maiming of Talia (Part 1)

Lex continued his glare at Doncic as he walked back to the lobby.

Doncic continued his seething.

"This guy looks gross."  Talia thought.

Najenda approached Lex in the lobby.

The crowd erupted in applause for Talia.

"Begin!" The ring announcer said.

"Is something wrong?" Lex asked.

"I'll just throw this out there." Najenda said.

"Yes?" Lex said.

"Are you by chance the Grand Priest?" Najenda asked.

"Sorry. I'm afraid not." Lex said.

"Foolish question." Kubo said. "He's the Supreme Priest."

"Supreme?" Najenda gasped in disbelief.

Talia unleashed a multitude of attacks on Doncic.

"Keep this to yourself." Lex said. "I prefer the others know a little later."

Lex and Kubo walked away.

"So, he really exists." Najenda said. "Of course, it's well known that the four priests answer to the Grand Priest and the one he answers to, I only heard legends about. Saying he's in a class of his own is an understatement."

Tatsumi and Leone walked over to Najenda.

"Hey Boss, you, okay?" Tatsumi asked.

"Did that Lex goof say something out of pocket?" Leone said. "Do I have to kick his ass?"

"No! You two stay clear of him!" Najenda said. "Please!"

IN THE SPIRIT REALM:

"That's the Supreme Priest? i feel like I should've known you he was but of course.... we never met." King San said. "But what on Earth is he doing.... well, on Earth?"

Meanwhile, Talia was giving Doncic a sound beating as she knocked him to the ground, but he got right back up.

Talia and Doncic began trading blows back and forth.

"He definitely takes a hit better than last time." Ilja said.

"His looks isn't the only thing that change then." Juju said.

"Took me a while to recognize him." Ilja said.

Talia kicked Doncic to the ground again but he right back up.

Talia monkey flipped Talia over her head but Doncic got up again.

Talia began going at with Doncic again.

"How's she doing out there?" Tatsumi asked.

"She's kicking his ass." Lubbock said.

"She's got the big guy totally outclassed." TJ said. "Every attack is hitting home."

"Hmph, someone's too easily impressed." Esdeath chuckled.

Talia kicked Doncic to the ground again.

"See? She's awesome." TJ said.

Doncic got up again.

"No way." Talia said.

Doncic charged at Talia.

"Ugh, learn when to quit." Talia groaned.

Talia kicked Doncic in the face then elbowed him to the ground.

Talia ran Doncic and unleashed a flurry of gut punches on him and then kneed him in the face knocking him to the ground seemingly ending the fight.

"It's over!!" The ring announcer said.
