Chapter 60: The Final Showdown Begins

"Not good." Tatsumi said. "Now Lars is threatening Grand Priest's world."

"Now. Give Tatsumi and Akame your Baraqiel Rings." Elder Priest said. "If they fuse again, they can stop Lars for sure."

"Right." Kubo Priest said as he took off his Rings. "Please, take these. Stop Lars from causing more destruction."

Kubo Priest tossed the Baraqiel Rings to Tatsumi and Akame.

"Nah, no thanks." Tatsumi said. "We don't need them. Truth is, these aren't a great fit for us. I appreciate the offer. I want to fight Lars with my own strength."

"But Tatsumi..." Kubo Priest said.

"I know. Sorry to let my pride get in the way of a dicey time like this." Tatsumi said. "Lars is not merged with anyone anymore, so we should have this."

"Tatsumi! What the hell?! The multiverse is at stake here!!!" Elder Priest said.

"He's right! You have to reconsider!" Kubo Priest said.

"I agree with Tatsumi." Akame said as she tossed the ring back.

Tatsumi did the same.

"So, you two are confident you can defeat Lars when he's at his most, dangerous, evil, destructive, and most incarnate version of himself?" Kubo Priest said.

"It'll be fine." Tatsumi said.

"We'll figure something out." Akame said.

On Grand Priest's World:

"What is going on North Priest?" King David asked.

"It's him! It's Lars!" King San replied.

"That monster." Sayo said. 

"Why doesn't go fuck off somewhere else." Ieyasu said.

Kid Lars began shaking the entire planet with his screaming.

"Was that his way of a hello or something?!" Sayo said.

Ieyasu split Kid Lars in half with his Cross Wind energy beam, but Kid Lars reformed his body and grabbed Ieyasu by the throat with his retractable arm and slammed him repeatedly on the ground and kicked him in the face sending him flying towards Sayo which she caught him.

"Holy shit! Are you good?" Sayo asked.

"I think..." Ieyasu said.

"That bastard is way out of our league." Sayo said.

Kid Lars began charging an attack.

"Someone, stop him!!" King San said. 

On the World of the Priests:

"Oh no! Lars is about to destroy Grand Priest's world!!" Kubo Priest said.

"We can't let him." Tatsumi said. "Sayo and Ieyasu were resurrected as spirits, so Vain's explosion didn't permanently kill them but if they get killed again, they'll be erased from existence forever. We got to get there."

"Wait a sec, Tatsumi." Akame said. "It's better to lure him here. We'll avoid a lot of casualties and collateral damage that way."

"Yeah, good thinking." Tatsumi said. "How do we get him here?"

"We're the ones that he's after." Akame said. "All have to do is raise our energy high enough for him to sense it."

"Nice. Let's do it." Tatsumi said.

Tatsumi and Akame thn began raising their energy for Lars to sense.

On Grand Priest's World:

Kid Lars formed a giant energy ball like he did on earth.
