Chapter 47: Mya vs Lars (Part 2)

Super Lars swatted the beam, but lost his arm from the destructive force of the blast.

"Like I said, I'll kill you." Mya said.

Super Lars regenerated his arm and growled.

"What are you pissed for?" Mya snapped. "You killed my Big Brother and my mother. Now it's your turn to die."

Mya headbutted Super Lars full force, but Super Lars responded with a kick that Mya evaded.

 Mya grabbed Super Lars' foot and tossed him away.

After landing, Lars charged at Mya and she did the same and they both collided fists which sent a shockwave throughout the Forever Room.

"Wow, Mya is amazing." Najenda said as she observed the fight.

"Tch! No little child can be a threat to me!" Super Lars said.

"And no mindless slave of a monster will threaten my home and family!" Mya retorted.

Mya grabbed Lars by the face and headbutted him. Super Lars responded by kicking Mya in the face.

"Heh, take that." Super Lars smirked.

But Mya simply smirked back at Super Lars as if the kick did nothing at all.

"What...?" Super Lars said.

Mya drove her fist through Super Lars' face.

"No, how about you take that." Mya smirked.

Mya delivered a powerful blow to the abdomen of Super Lars and kicked Super Lars in the face, sending him backwards a few feet.

"Annoying, stupid, petulant child." Super Lars grunted.

"And how do you think I feel about you, huh?" Mya said. "You monster. My mom and brother are dead because of you. I swear on everything I love you will suffer."

"Hearing you ramble on about nothing is suffering enough!" Super Lars retorted as he charged at Mya.

Mya charged back at Super Lars and the two collided again.

Mya and Super Lars began trading blows back and forth.

Mya punched Super Lars in the face at the same as he delivered a strong kick to her abdomen.

The two charged back at each other again and Mya fooled Super Lars with an afterimage.

"Come out, little girl!" Super Lars yelled. "You childish coward!"

Mya appeared behind Super Lars and an explosion ensued sending Super Lars tumbling across the ground.

"Damn you." Super Lars grunted as he regenerated his body.

"That regeneration is irritating." Mya grumbled. "Every part of you has to go. And they will. Bet on it."

IN THE MAIN TEMPLE IN THE OVERWATCH:

"Hey, how do you guys think it's going in there?" Wave asked.

"I have no idea." Kurome said. "I hope she's kicking his ass."

"For real." Seryu said. "Our lives are in the hands of Mya after all."

"True that." Tsukushi said. "I have faith she can take him down."

"Tomas?" Gemma said.

"Yes, dear?" Tomas answered.

"Do you think our granddaughter will win?" Gemma asked.

"I know she can." Tomas answered. "Believe in her."

"Okay, you're right." Gemma said. "I will."
