A/N: Hi! I think you guys will love this, there is like flirting etc, and a little adult humour but again nothing too crazy (I think). Mostly playful banter in this chapter.

= The fantastic four are so back! Mia, Charlotte, Gia (9) and Lizzie (4) are reunited for the weekend. Mia and Charlotte find themselves amongst an unexpected conversation with Lizzie.

It had been a little while since Mia had spent some quality time with Georgia and Elizabeth. It wasn't necessarily anyone's fault, just bad timing. Charlotte and Mia hadn't really spent some quality alone time together either, especially after their holiday. Things had swung back into full speed, and it was taking time for the lovers to adjust to it all.

There was no doubt that they navigated it as best as they could, they were definitely sending each other significantly more "I love you" and "I miss you" texts. But it would all be worth it when things hopefully settled down tomorrow, as Charlotte searched up recipes for all sorts of cuisines. Sat in bed, overthinking about how she would act after not seeing Mia in person for almost a week.

After dozing off to bed at around 4am, and forgetting it was Saturday morning. Char was in for a surprise.

Charlotte literally screamed when she saw Mia's face in her bubble of space. The redhead was a little startled but played it off.

"Sweetheart it is literally 3pm. When did you go to bed?" Mia's voice was so raspy, all the facetimes certainly didn't do it justice. Char licked her lips a little.

"Oh, I only remember sleeping really late, I was lying down here thinking what to make you and- Oh shoot! I haven't even begun cooking yet, we were supposed to make everything ready when you came at fiveee."

Mia didn't say anything, expecting her Char to waffle on.

The redhead was right, there was a gush of waffle and it was a strong gush to say the least. Mia just stood there silently waiting for a kiss. Not saying anything yet.

"Oh how could I be so clumsy, baby I even snoozed all my alarms this morning. I should've gotten up and- AND the girls?! Did you see them on your way in? They are probably so mad, I promised them that I'd make them their favourite lunch..."

Charlotte paused a little. "Wait, why are you here? It's not five yet..?"

The redhead's cogs were clearly turning to formulate a good response.

"I will only answer that if you give me a welcome home kiss. I've been waiting for one, but I think I'm going to have to ask for one."

Char stretched a little, now suddenly springing up out of her duvet, pushing Mia down into the messy bed instead.

"You might ask for one but you're getting a lot more than that now you're here for the weekend. Mmm" Charlotte couldn't help but lightly groan at the feeling of Mia's hands on her waist, caressing her sensitively.

"I'd be an idiot to refuse that offer, sweetheart."

Their lips effortlessly connected, as Char continued to adjust her straddle on Mia. In between each breath-taking, passionate, kiss. The pair had a conversation.

Mia spoke first. "I got here early because Gia sent me a text saying you hadn't woken up yet around 10."

Charlotte was fiddling around with Mia's blazer, trying to take it off. "Right, but that doesn't answer why you're here early."

Mia gave Char a helping hand: "Patience sweetheart, you can have me once the girls are asleep later." As she took the blazer off, it revealed Mia's arms. To which Charlotte had no problem wrapping her hands around for stability.
