67. Final touches

= Mia's breakfast is particularly nutritious. Charlotte seems to agree.

Mia had come home at around 1 AM, she was so exhausted she couldn't function, sitting in traffic was oddly draining. Char, on the other hand, was fast asleep as their antics had understandably tired her out. The pair needed to be up bright and early, and somehow had silently mutually agreed that they would talk in the morning once they were well rested. The only real form of communication they had was Mia snuggling close to Charlotte, earning a mumble from her.

Charlotte was still wearing nothing, and although Mia wanted to have her, and she had previously consented to enjoying her when she was home, Mia knew it'd be best to wait till the morning. Just to be safe and respectful.

That was one thing Charlotte adored about Mia, she was always tame with her (till it got to physical demonstrations) and let her take the floor. Even though they both knew who was really in control, and they both knew this was all very new to Char. To explore Mia's sensual world was exhilarating for her, and Mia knew just the right dosage to give her of it.

At one point amidst the night, Mia had felt Char slip out of her embrace and get up, Mia had assumed she was going to use the toilet but didn't hear any sounds or the door shutting. A bit peculiar, but she trusted it wasn't anything abnormal, so didn't think about it. Since Charlotte ended up coming back into her embrace, she knew nothing was wrong.

Mia's alarm had gone off a while earlier than she needed to actually be up for the day, and normally that would make her a little grumpy, but when she would later caught sight of something, her tiredness would out of her body entirely. She just hadn't seen it yet.

Back when she and Char first started dating, many, many, moons ago, and the entire idea of 'sex can pleasure both participants' was introduced to Char, they distinctively had tried a lot of things together. It wasn't always necessarily exploring dynamics such as dominance, it sometimes was just to strengthen levels of trust and that consent could sometimes (in hands of those you trust) be entirely non-verbal.

Things that Mia had done with countless people, things that Char had never even dreamt of being reality.

Charlotte had been particularly shy to ask Mia about something she had read in a book, so instead of telling her. She recommended the book to Mia. Even though Mia wasn't a very fond reader, she complied because it was her sweetheart's request. She would usually read it nearing bedtime when they would have sleepovers.

Back when they were scared how Char's daughters would react to her and Mia being an item, back when they didn't even know if what they were doing was going to be forever. It was slightly funny to them that they'd be married in a week's time, and there was once a time when they were scared to say "I love you" first.

Regardless, when Mia had been reading the book, she noticed it's content was slightly mature, and was wondering if Charlotte was hoping to cross that hurdle, and if this book was a subtle hint?

Upon confrontation, she had talked about one particular scene, where a character was woken up with pleasure, and Charlotte had explained how she was nervous about it because she wasn't sure how to make it a surprise for herself but equally not have to reject it if that wasn't what she really wanted that morning, she thought she would be too awkward for that kind of stuff. It wasn't that she didn't feel safe to tell Mia, it was more of a logistical thing, to which Mia listened intently, and purposefully.

Mia suggested buying her a specific pair of undergarment, that she would only wear when she was willing to be woken up with Mia's physical loving. Charlotte loved the idea and they had used it as a form of 'secret communication' a couple of times in their early days.
