Meanwhile, in IoriGaste, Luther growls in frustration over the failure of the devourer, which made Adder chuckle. Cazzar Shandor crosses his arms together, sharing a sardonic and mirthless laugh. Luther snarls and points his dark magic towards Cazzar Shandor. The cult derided Luther's plan to be an utter failure, for Luther claims that he will prove him wrong by planning his next move.

"So much for your plan, sorcerer." Cazzar chuckled, crossing his arms together, boasting his pride.

Luther's eyes narrowed, his face twisted in anger. "Foolish mortals! You think you've won, but the Devourer was just a test, a mere precursor to the true power that is to come!"

He storms out of the throne room infuriated over his plan being foiled, and Cazzar Shandor smirks before turning his head to the patriarch of the cult. Furthermore, Luther is not going to relinquish his schemes coupled with the implications of summoning years of darkness to the world.

"If only your sister, Arachnia, would see my plan, then this can turn out perfectly." Cazzar Shandor smiled.

"Yes, for one thing, Arachnia used to be a part of Luther's cult until she quit, following Ophidilly Larry's inclusion." Adder stated.

Luther grips his hands to form fists after listening to their conversation from afar.

Adder's chuckle grew louder, his eyes gleaming with amusement. "Oh, Luther, you're so predictable. Do you think you can threaten us with your empty words?"

"Oh, I have a few, Adder. I will have my revenge!" Luther raged, for he and his cult left the throne room betrayed by Adder Hellrich.

Cazzar Shandor stepped forward, his voice firm. "Enough, Luther. Your plans have been foiled, and your dark magic has been defeated. It's time for you to retreat back to the shadows."

Luther's growl grew louder, his fists clenched in rage. "This isn't over, Cazzar Shandor! I will return, and next time, you won't be so lucky!"

With a final snarl, Luther vanished into a cloud of dark smoke, leaving Adder and Cazzar to share a knowing glance.

"The battle may be won," Cazzar said, "but the war is far from over."

Adder nodded in agreement. "Indeed. But for now, let us celebrate our victory and prepare for the challenges that lie ahead."

"It occurs to me that we were being watched." Lady Abaddon pointed out, for the others glance at an ethereal presence of Magneto from within the castle halls.

"We didn't realize you have a sister, boss." Dade Lurkman responded.

He has returned for more? He'll be die trying to wrest his way. He did mention my young sister, though she has been hiding for a month. Adder thought.

Luther returns to his warehouse after his tirade against Adder's forces through teleportation. Malle Fale glances at her master's return and stumbles from her chair. Ryleigh Ripley catches sight of her master with her eyes narrowed.

"Do you think you can negotiate with the terms?" Ryleigh Ripley questioned.

"As long as it doesn't kill me, it may be a use to our advances." Luther stated.

"Sir, it appears we have a welcoming party." Malle Fale informed.

"The X-Men? Magneto, I'm going to need you and your brotherhood to keep them busy. If the Ghostbusters are involved, my cult will have to deal with them." Luther spoke, exiting the warehouse to concoct a ritual.

"As you wish, Luther." Magneto nodded, accepting his offer.

"It's about time!" Avalanche smirked, clutching his fists.
