Meanwhile, Luther Rutledge senses the power of the crystals illuminating in his sights. In addition, Malle Fale approaches her master with astonishing news that might take full advantage of its power.
"The secrets of the crystals have been exposed, sir." Malle Fale informed him.
Luther Rutledge's eyes widened with excitement as he gazed into the shadows, his voice low and menacing, "Ah, the Ghostbusters have finally uncovered the secrets of the crystals. How...fortunate."
Malle Fale bowed, "Yes, sir. The team, led by Egon Spengler, has retrieved the crystals and is currently studying their power."
Rutledge's hands clenched into fists, "The power of the ancient ones...it must be mine. Prepare the ritual chamber, Malle Fale. We will not let the Ghostbusters wield that power. We will take it for ourselves."
Malle Fale nodded, "As you wish, master. But we must be cautious. The Ghostbusters are not to be underestimated."
Rutledge sneered, "Fools. They think they can control the power of the crystals? I will show them the true meaning of power. Let us begin the ritual. We will summon the ancient ones and claim the crystals' inexplicable power for ourselves."
As Malle Fale scurried off to prepare the ritual chamber, Rutledge's eyes glowed with an otherworldly energy, his ambition and desire for power driving him to unleash a horror beyond imagination.

Meanwhile, back at the firehouse, the crew finishes their experimentation on the crystals.
"I guess those crystals possess some sort of magic from within." Deborah stated.
Ray nodded, "Indeed, Ray. Our research suggests that crystals contain a unique form of energy, potentially linked to the ancient ones. We've made some incredible discoveries, but we must be cautious. We don't fully understand the implications of this power until we reach the warehouse."
"Precisely, Ray. This comes to show where Luther Rutledge has set his insight." Egon agreed.
Winston warned, "And we don't know what kind of attention we might be attracting. Remember, Luther Rutledge is still out there, and who knows what other threats we might face."
Peter added, "Not to mention the interdimensional entities we encountered. We don't want to become their next target."
Saya suggested, "Perhaps we should consider seeking the guidance of the X-Men or other experts in the paranormal community. We could use their help in understanding and containing this power."
Dr. Spengler agreed, "An excellent idea, Saya. Let's reach out to our allies and gather all the knowledge we can. We must be prepared for any eventuality."
As the team continued to discuss their findings, they couldn't shake off the feeling that they were being watched, unaware of the sinister plans unfolding in the shadows.
"What do you think, X-Men?" Dr. Spengler lectured them.
Professor X, leader of the X-Men, nodded thoughtfully, "Fascinating, Dr. Spengler. The crystals' power could be a game-changer in our fight against evil. But we must be cautious, as you said. The potential risks are great."
Cyclops added, "We've seen how powerful the crystals are. If they fall into the wrong hands, it could be disastrous."
Beast, the X-Men's resident genius, asked, "Have you considered the possibility of a containment field? We could potentially harness the power while preventing it from falling into the wrong hands."
Dr. Spengler replied, "We've explored that option, Beast. But the technology to contain such power is still beyond our reach. We need to keep researching and exploring options."
