Ray removes the blood spear from Egon's broad shoulder despite the contusions he suffered from the plunge. Egon coughs some blood from his mouth, realizing he is at the merge of suffering instead of death. Its mortific effects inflict half of the pain to him.

"Are you alright, Egon?" Ray asked, concerned for his life.

"That spear just hit me badly." Egon answered, feeling the injury on his shoulder.

"Stay strong, Egon. We'll find a way to stop Crymson together." Deborah responded.

She rushes to retrieve an item from Ray's backpack and pulls out a first aid kit along with a couple of medicinal herbs from Krakoa to mend her leader. Egon removes his leather jacket and rolls his sleeve to point the injury he suffered. Deborah applies medicinal herbs to cover the wounds before wrapping the dressing around his injured shoulder.

"Don't die on us, Egon! Don't die on us!" Peter exclaimed in horror.

"Thanks for the pep talk." Egon coughed.

"Hang in there, man!" Winston begged.

Egon winced, clutching his injured shoulder. "I'm not going anywhere, Peter. We still have a job to do."

"What a relief." Winston sighed, lowering his head.

"Young ones, what happened?" Dr. Spengler asked, virtually broadcasting from the firehouse control room.

"Crymson has gotten away with Thelma Tisgue, mom." Macey informed her mentor.

"This is not a good sign at all. I feared Crymson's dark magic will cause not just damnation but death to all when the Red Moon occurs." Dr. Spengler answered.

Ray helped Egon to his feet, his eyes scanning the area for any signs of Crymson or Thelma. "We need to move, team. We can't let Crymson get away with this."

Deborah nodded, her proton pack at the ready. "Let's go. We have to save Thelma and stop Crymson once and for all."

"Precisely, we must rescue Thelma and free her from the clutches of Crymson." Dr. Spengler responded, with his eyes focused on his PKE meter.

Peter charged forward, his proton stream firing at the demon knights blocking their path. "We're not going to let you get in our way!"

The team fought their way through the cavern, determined to rescue Thelma and defeat Crymson. Egon gritted his teeth, pushing through the pain in his shoulder. They couldn't afford to lose now, for the fight became a long battle for survival.

As they rounded a corner, they saw Crymson standing before a dark portal, Thelma trapped in a cage suspended above the swirling vortex. Crymson's eyes gleamed with triumph. "You're too late, Ghostbusters. Thelma will soon be mine, and the Red Moon will be appeased."

The team charged forward, ready to face whatever lay ahead. They wouldn't let Crymson win. Not now. Not ever.

A weaken Egon Spengler III and the others head to the armory to investigate for clues leading to the whereabouts of the enemy. They notice the presence of the infamous Crymson, luring them into a trap. Wolverine sniffs the air to find something going haywire.

A horde of red deogens emerges from the darkness to cope with their enemies.

"Are those the deogens?" Deborah inquired them.

"They are known to move at high speed when no one is in the room." Ray explained to them.

"I can tell by their constant speed there, sugah, but their sanity threshold has little to no chance while we're here." Rogue responded.
