Dr. Spengler sipped on his espresso coffee to keep himself awake while using a polyphasic schedule, but he fell asleep during his research. Slimer, who made his return from the concert, appears from the ground floor as Dr. Spengler rushes to wake up, noticing Slimer's exotic arrival. He was enraptured by the atmosphere from the concert, for the fervid ecstasy kept the entire stadium going earlier. As he stored the troubled rockstar's ghost into the containment grid, he initiated his case study to scientifically analyze the cross PKE signatures from the concert. Little does he know. The spirit world is packed with surprises. As he perceived the images displayed on his main computer screen, it left him to wonder how the exploits of their next case raise intrigue.

Dr. Spengler notes some of the clues connecting to their possible mission after receiving a call from Valeria Domingo claiming that she has discovered a tropical place that will change the course of mankind's history, the moving island of Krakoa, located in the Pacific Ocean. In this exigency, he immediately answers the call.

"Hello?" Dr. Spengler called.

"Dr. Spengler, I've found it!" Valeria's voice crackled with excitement over the phone. "The moving island of Krakoa, hidden in the Pacific Ocean. It's real, and I have the coordinates right here. This could be the discovery of a lifetime!"

"Krakoa?" Slimer inquired, raising his right eyebrow, perplexed.

Dr. Spengler's eyes widened, his fatigue forgotten. "Valeria, this is incredible! We need to assemble the team and get there ASAP."

Slimer, sensing the sudden urgency, let out a curious "Gleeb?" As he slid closer to Dr. Spengler's workstation, the original Ghostbuster shifts his focus back to Valeria.

"Valeria, can you transfer the coordinates to me and any data you've collected? We'll get to work on analyzing it immediately," Dr. Spengler said, his mind racing with the possibilities.

As he waited for Valeria's response, Dr. Spengler turned to Slimer. "It seems we have a new mission, my green friend. Get the others ready. We're heading to Krakoa!"

"Before I can do that, can you tell me what was happening there?" Dr. Spengler queried.

"Of course, Doctor," Valeria replied. "I've been tracking unusual energy signatures emanating from Krakoa. It appears to be some sort of... mutant energy prevalent in the outskirts of the island. I've never seen anything like it. And the island itself seems to be shifting, moving through the ocean. I've managed to hack into some satellite feeds, and the imagery is astonishing. The island is teeming with life, Doctor. Strange, unidentifiable creatures. This could be a game-changer for our understanding of genetics and mutation."

Dr. Spengler's eyes widened as he scribbled notes furiously on her discovery. "Fascinating! This could be connected to our recent paranormal activity. Slimer, get the others ready. We need to brief them on this new development."

Slimer, understanding the urgency, let out an eager "Gleeb!" and slid off to gather the team.

"Valeria, send me everything you have from your exploration. We'll analyze it and get back to you with a plan," Dr. Spengler spoke, his mind racing with the implications of this discovery.

He begins to brainstorm for a moment before finalizing his thoughts. In addition, Janine appears from the firehouse after a massive celebration at Galazose Castle. Slimer glances at the secretary walking into the lobby. Dr. Spengler shifts his focus on Janine, who has arrived just in time to explain the events transpiring.

"Janine, you're here! I just received word from Valeria Domingo about her discovery." Dr. Spengler responded.

"Superb, Egon. It's time we should give the young ones a wake-up call." Janine replied.
