Kinabukasan maaga akong nagising dahil sinundo ako ni Adam at sinabing pinapatawag ako ng Emperor. Naglalakad ako ngayon sa mahabang pasilyo nitong palasyo papunta sa dining hall kung saan naghihintay saakin ang mga taong dahilan kung bakit ako pumunta dito sa kapitalya. Habang naglalakad ay mangha akong napapatingin sa mga litrato na nakasabit sa pader, makikita ang mga datihang pinuno nitong Empire at iba pang mga magagandang tanawin. Nasa gilid ko naman si Adam na kanina pa dumaldal nang dumaldal at sa unahan naman namin si Martha, yung maid na nakilala namin kahapon.

Pero hindi pa din nawawala sa isipan ko ang nangyari kagabi, kung saan may nakilala at naka-duel akong misteryosong lalaki. I hadn't expected to face someone so skilled yet mysterious .That man had been intriguing, and the duel had been unexpectedly fun. A faint smile crept onto my face just thinking about it.

But it quickly disappear as there was something else that had been gwaning at me. After our duel, as we parted ways, I quickly go to the nearby rooftop where the presence I had been sensing while we fighting but when I went to check, there was no one. It was strange and more unsettling was the small, peculiar object I found on the ground where the figure had stood. A piece of an earring that didn't belong to anyone I recognized from the palace.

"Lily, you've been quite since we left your chambers" Adam spoke, glancing at me with concern. "Something on your mind?"

I shook my head and beam a smile on him " It's nothing, just lost in thought"

"They're the Princes and Princess of Eavergrèen Empire." Bulong saakin ni Adam at mabilis na nagbigay galang sa kanila na sinundan ko din.
