Two days had passed, and the Luna Inn was nearly complete.
The building now stood tall with a distinct red roof, proudly showcasing its three floors. The second and third floors each contained 18 guest rooms, while the first floor housed 14 rooms, bringing the total to 50 rooms. Adjacent to the lodging area on the first floor was a spacious dining hall, designed like a cozy restaurant from my original world—not overly luxurious, but warm and welcoming, the kind that wraps guests in comfort the moment they step in. The entire building was painted off-white, evoking a sense of cleanliness and quiet dignity, just like a well-kept hotel.
Their lush beauty gave the Inn a serene and inviting ambiance. A stone pathway led to the large double doors at the entrance. Upon stepping inside, guests were greeted by the main lobby—a spacious and bright area with a reservation desk at its center, red and white sofas, and glass coffee tables. To the right was a grand staircase leading to the upper floors, decorated with a large red carpet, leaf-themed banisters, and a majestic chandelier hanging from the ceiling of the third floor, visible from below and illuminating the entire lobby with a soft glow.
To the left of the reservation area stood a large dark brown door leading into the dining area, while to the right of the staircase was another door leading to a corridor lined with the 14 guest rooms. This hallway featured ornate wall designs, framed paintings, small wall lamps, and flower-filled vases, creating a peaceful and refined atmosphere. The same elegant touches continued to the upper floors with even more attention to detail, as they housed more rooms.
Inside the rooms, 15 of them were designed for couples or friends. These rooms had a queen-sized bed, a large study table that also served as a dining table, two cushioned chairs, a soft red carpet, paintings, and a large window with floor-length red curtains. The bathroom included a toilet cubicle, sink, mirror, storage cabinet, glass shower, a white bathtub, and a bucket. The rest of the rooms were for solo guests, though the medium-sized bed could still comfortably fit two people. These rooms included a study desk, sofa chair, vase with fresh flowers, paintings, and similar bathroom features. All room doors were light brown with moon carvings and various gem-like designs, enhancing the inn’s magical and unique charm.
The restaurant area boasted over 25 medium-sized tables, each with four chairs, white tablecloths, and flower arrangements in vases. Above hung a modest but charming chandelier that gave the place a soft, warm glow. To the left, the bar station served all kinds of drinks and spirits, while to the right, a door led to the kitchen, where I had secretly installed modern equipment from my previous world.
The floors throughout the entire building were polished white tiles with touches of gold and light silver, giving off a bright and pristine look.
I sold the old equipment from the former inn to my Earth Dimension Store, something I stumbled upon one day while idly checking my storage box. That unexpected discovery earned me a huge profit—enough to purchase all the new furnishings and materials for the Luna Inn. Of course, gumastos din ako ng sarili kong pera to finish building such a large establishment.
Lalo na sa kitchen which now had three large refrigerators, three freezers, four massive ovens with built-in stovetops, and an array of Earth-style cookware and utensils not yet known in this world. But I knew I needed these tools, so I planned to explain everything to my future staff carefully.
Despite its ongoing construction, the Luna Inn had already drawn attention from the entire village and even from neighboring towns. Rumors of its unique and stunning appearance spread quickly, and people became increasingly curious about it.
"I think the Luna Inn is finally done" I said with a wide smile, gazing at the elegant signboard above the entrance that read ‘Lünå Inn’, adorned with a carved image of a large crescent moon. Half was blue and the other half was gold. It's a unique and almost impossible mixtures of color.
"Bukas ay mag uumpisa ng magbukas ang Inn kaya naman kailangan nating magcelebrate ngayon!" Masayang sabi ko sa mga kasama ko ngayon.
Everyone around me, Nanay Linda, the employees, including August and his family cheered and clapped their hands in excitement. I glanced at August’s family, grateful to see how far they’d come from their tragic past. Even little Aisha, now looking healthier and wearing a radiant smile, filled me with relief and joy.
I couldn’t ask for anything more than this, to be surrounded by people I truly care about.
Nanay Linda, her daughter ate Leah, and I went straight to the kitchen to prepare food. Their eyes sparkled with curiosity as they looked around the unfamiliar appliances.
We cooked together, and they were thrilled at how fast and easy the process was. I could already tell they had fallen in love with Earth’s kitchen tools, praising them over and over as we worked. Once the foods was ready, we brought the dishes out to the dining tables and everyone began to eat.
"Starting tomorrow ay magiging busy na tayong lahat" panimulang anunsyo ko sa lahat,
May malaking ngiti na nakaguhit sa aking labi ng balingan ko ng tingin si Augusto na nakatingin at taintim na nakikinig saakin,
"Including you August, I want to hire you as the manager of Luna Inn.”
His eyes widened in disbelief as everyone clapped and congratulated him.
“It’s an honor to work at this Inn under your command. Thank you,” he said, beaming.
Their cheers and laughter echoed warmly across the room. I knew they still had debts to pay from Aisha’s past treatments, so this job would truly help them move forward. Augusto, having been the original owner of the previous inn, was a perfect fit for the role.
"And also, Nanay Linda. Since you've been through alot of hardship as a chef of this inn, I've decided to promote you to be the head chef of this Inn" sabi ko naman na ikina luha ng ginang, masayang nagpalakpakan ang lahat ng tanggapin niya ito.
"Let's celebrate the reborn of the new Luna Inn...
"Cheers!"
It was a small celebration, but to me, it felt like the most meaningful party I’ve ever had.
‘Dear Goddess Lisha, thank you for another fantastic and warm day. May you continue to guide and support me in this journey. Protect these people I cherish and help keep their hearts full of joy.’
