Dazed
Adelaide's POV
Vines crawled from the garden's ground together with some flowers to make a shelter for Leon and me in the garden.
The walls were made of strong vines as well as the roof.
Maraming bulaklak na nakapaligid sa bahaging ito ng hardin kung nasaan kami ni Leon. Fireflies also acted as light for us when the shelter was completely closed.
The crystal chair we were sitting on was adorned with flowers too and the ground was now made of grass.
We were in like some sort of a secret garden.
Nakakabilib ang pagtulog ni Leon dahil hindi pa rin siya gumigising.
I ran my hands through his hair before summoning a wall of flowers to lean on so that my back wouldn't hurt.
The chair was also extended with some vines and flowers, kaya nagmukha na itong kama.
I smiled to myself while watching the fireflies dancing in front of me. Sobrang ganda nitong tingnan.
I leaned on the flower wall behind me and closed my eyes while still combing Leon's hair with my hand.
Leon's POV
I slowly got up from sleeping on Adelaide's lap and saw her with her back on the wall made of vines. She was sleeping peacefully.
And if I get to wake up like this everyday it would be so beautiful to stare at this masterpiece in front of me.
I looked around and found out that we were surrounded by glowing walls of vines, her palms had a faint green light too.
She made this?
I thought I was just sleeping on her shoulder but the chair we were sitting on wasn't an ordinary chair anymore.
We were even with fireflies and some were even on her shoulders making her glow.
"Your back would hurt if I don't wake you up," I said to her in her sleep.
Slowly, I put my hand in her cheeks, appreciating the beauty sleeping in front of me.
"Wake up..."
Her forehead creased and she scrunched her nose a little until she slowly opened her eyes. "Nakatulog ka ba ng maayos?" That was the first thing she said.
I nodded. "Do you need more sleep?"
She yawned sleepily. "Inaantok pa ako."
I laughed a little. "Okay, let's sleep more."
Her eyes widened. "Dito?!"
"Yeah? Where else should we sleep?"
"Bakit di ka matulog sa palasyo mo?"
My eyebrow raised. "You want to sleep in my room? I'll take you there now." We were engulfed in darkness.
Before we can even leave the garden, I felt Adelaide's slap on my shoulder. "Nahihibang ka na naman eh! Wag na nga lang, di na ako inaantok," she complained.
"What? What's wrong with you sleeping in my room?"
She looked away from me. "Nakakahiya."
I smiled and held her hand. "Sleep here," I tapped the bed of flowers.
And she really did.
A blanket made of flowers crawled to her direction and then she covered her body with it, still not letting go of my hand and proceeded to sleep.
