Freedom of Souls

Adelaide's POV

Napilitan akong bitawan ang umaapoy na katawan ni Ravik dahil sa labis na init na dala nito sa akin.

Inalis ko ang hawak sa akin ni Leon at naglakad palapit kay Ravik.

His body was slowly generating. Ang kanyang ulo ay kinokonekta ng apoy pabalik sa kanyang katawan.

He was making this growling sound, like a beast. So angry. So furious.

I immediately used my wings to support me when I felt a fireball on its way to hit me.

Napatingin ako kay Leon na ngayon ay nilalaban na si Ravik.

Kahit hindi pa man buo ang kanyang katawan ay patuloy siyang lumalaban kay Leon.

Flowers bloom from the ground and then the air was engulfed with its sweet scent. They formed a tornado towards Ravik.

"Leon..." tawag ko rito.

He looked mad when he gazed towards me and just raised his brows as if he was asking why I called him.

"He's collecting the souls," nag aalala kong saad sa kanya.

The souls were slowly disappearing and it looked like Ravik was absorbing them for his advantage.

"Can you... keep an eye on them? Hayaan mo akong kalabanin si Ravik."

His mouth opened and closed again, tila hindi niya alam ang isasagot ngunit bakas sa kanyang mukha ang hindi pagsangayon.

"Nagtitiwala ka ba sakin?"

I raised my hand and then butterflies emerged from it followed by flowers towards Ravik.

Muli kong binaling ang tingin ko kay Leon, hinihintay ang sagot niya.

"Of course... of course, I trust you, flower," he cleared his throat. "But I'm worried about you."

Ngumiti ako sa kanya at pinaulan ng rosas ang buong paligid. "Huwag kang mag alala, kapag nakita mo na nahihirapan na ako, ayos lang na tulungan mo ako at kalabanin siya," pagpapagaan ko sa loob niya.

He played with his tongue on his cheek, looking frustrated, ngunit wala na siyang nagawa kung hindi dahan dahan na tumango.

"You need to do it fast," he said in a serious tone. "I might end him for you if you don't do it quickly, I can't stand here and watch you fight alone," his voice was stern.

Ngumiti akong muli sa kanya at pinakiramdaman si Ravik. I settled above the ground and wait for Leon to go to the side.

Binaling kong muli ang aking tingin kay Ravik na ngayon ay hindi ko na makilala dahil nagliliyab na ang kanyang katawan.

I made my wings disappear and then walk to the hot ground, towards Ravik.

There was flowers everywhere I walk to, tila sinundan nila ako.

"Kailangan mo ng mawala," I said in a soft voice. "You have caused too much damage, the souls trapped here deserve peace... and I need justice. For my mother, and for my family."

He suddenly laughed. Sobrang buo at lalim ng boses niya, kung hindi ko lang siya kilala ay matatakot na ako.

"Ako ba ang inuutusan mo?"

His body glowed because of the fire again and I watched in pain as I saw how he absorbed the souls.

The surrounding darkened and I just know that it was Leon's doing to stop him from getting the souls.
