Legends foretold an event happening... The Namekian Book of Legends spoke that... When Saiyans push themselves further and further, it'll only be a matter of time before they unleash the strength of Tarro, the one responsible for the death of the King of Saiyans a long time ago.
May and Pasley, once Tarro's pupils, didn't wanted to see him bring the same kind of carnage onto the people, hence why they are here to stop his resurection. Okarot, once Okora and Karotto, were ashamed of what they did in the past, so they arrived to help bring peace back to the world...
Escar and Leriac, brothers that knew a lot of suffering, agreed to stop Tarro before he was freed... But a Saiyan from Escar's time, one of the Evil Saiyans, revealed himself to want to return Tarro to life, as to bring forth a "new world"... Believing it to be a bunch of crap, Escar attacked, only for his strike not to connect, as the Saiyan was long gone...
Every single Saiyan is now in danger... As everyone has the strength to surpass everyone... And reawaken Tarro once more...
