part 72

Beth viv jen tally and the boys made their way down to bottom of the building where beth knew winnie was. They walked down the stairs with braeden talking to jen and harry beth viv and tally talking. Harry was still holding onto tallys hand swinging it excitedly when he looked around the building. They chatted as they walked towards the physio rooms where winnie usually hung out. Viv knocked on the door and one of the physios answered smiling when she saw the kids with the players. She opened the door so they could come in as she knew that they were here to see win. Who wouldnt be. She was such an angel. 'Boys this is winnie arsenals dog!' tally said to the boys leaning down slightly. She felt harry hold her hand tighter and hide behind her slightly. She hadnt thought about if he was maybe scared of dogs. She called winnie over and got her to sit kneeling down next to harry and holding his hand to place it on winnies head. She sat there her tongue looling smiling at the boy who was slowly beginning to smile when he realised that the dog was no where near as scary as he thought she was.

They stayed there for a while before continuing on for the tour. They kept wandering around showing the boys all the different places and telling them funny stories of things that had happened in these places. They ended it back at the canteen as now it was time to go to the gym for the girls and harry and braeden were coming along. Tally was already in her gym stuff so she began to warm up once she had gotten the boys settled. Harry was watching something on his ipad with his headphones on while braeden was drawing. Tally smiled watching the boy draw, it was something they had always done together. She began her warm up stretching. She stretched for about 10 minutes with laura who had become her workout partner considering they were closer in age than the others generally and they were quite evenly paired.

They were doing strength training this gym session which tally quite enjoyed. She was surprisingly strong considering her size and stature. She liked to shock people when they saw how heavy she could lift. It was quite entertaining. Once she was fully warm she began with some bench presses while laura spotted her. She started with 50kg to warm her muscles up properly. She didnt want an injury. She did 3 reps of 8 with quick drink breaks inbetween because hydration is key. She then added on another 25kg and did 3 reps of 6 as it began to get slightly more difficult. Once she had done that she added another 25kg smirking slightly when she saw steph nudge beth. They were always impressed when they watched the very small teen do weights.

She did another 3 reps of 5 of the 100kg feeling quite tired once she was done. She stood up after and took a big gulp of water needing the refreshment. She was bloody boiling after that. Her and laura switched places and tally spotted laura whilst she did her bench presses. She didnt do quite as heavy weights as tally but heavy enough to feel the burn that was for sure. Once they had both done their bench presses they moved onto some weight based exercises they could do individually with kettle bells and dumbbells just on the floor. Tally did some single leg deadlifts. She enjoyed them, not only were they good for her balance... physical not emotional... they were also quite fun. She did them for about 15 minutes taking a few small breaks to chat with laura. They chatted mainly about the dinner that had been planned. Well it was more of a night out. A legally okay one for tally to attend which atleast made it more fun. She knew she wasnt allowed to drinks it was out in public but she could have fun without alcohol, alcohol just made it more entertaining. The other girls would be drinking so she was hoping she could just pinch some from one of them.

They talked about what they were going to wear, well a brief idea discussing whether they wanted to have more dressy outfits or casual outfits. After tally had finished that exercise she moved onto planks. Laura copied her so together they did 90 seconds of normal plank then 90 seconds of side plank on both sides and repeated with small breaks and for tally to take a moment to look over to the boys. Everytime she did harry would wave at her smiling gleeully as he watched his ipad and what the women were doing around him. He founded it so fun especially as it was beth working out near him so she was pulling funny faces and waving at him. They were definitely on the same wave length.

Tally then went onto the treadmill for the remaining time before the hour and a half was up. After that nancy appeared and tally told the boys to go with her as she needed to shower and change. The girls all made their way to the changing room to shower. Tally snagged a private shower as she always did, most of the girls were fine with showering infront of eachother but a few chose to use the individual ones instead. She had grabbed her bag so she had all the stuff so she could then get changed right after. She had a quick shower before wrapping hr towel round her. Her hair was dry as she was not dealing with that and she pulled on a clean sportbra and underwear before grabbing out a pair of arsenal shorts a long sleeve baselayer top and her arsenal hoodie and putting it on. She put her socks and shoes on before heading out into the main changing room to see if the rest of the girls were ready.

She saw viv sat there on her phone presumably waiting for beth to hurry up as she was currently in only shorts and a sports bra but far too distracted talking to steph to finish getting changed. Viv saw tally and smiled waving her over. Tally was slightly cautious as she knew what viv had seen but she walked over there anyway. She sat next to viv pushing beths stuff to one side so there was space.
