But Saanvi was stunned when Manjiri said, "I'm sorry."
Manjiri said sorry and held Saanvi's hand and got up. They went to the attic room. Seeing Manjiri packing their bags and suitcases, Saanvi asked her, "Manju, are you sure, I mean......" "Don't worry, I'm sure they'll understand soon and we're going. Who would've thought that I'd break another marriage that too running with you again!" Manjiri said while chuckling lightly. She held Saanvi's hand and made her understand that she needn't feel guilty or sorry. "This was bound to happen one day. I got the courage to express myself from our love. They both moved out and headed to their place.
Saanvi knew that Manjiri was putting up a strong facade but deep down she was breaking apart. She knew no matter what, Manjiri, the stubborn girl would not change her mind. She saw that earlier. Saanvi herself was confused and overwhelmed. Manjiri left her family, her hometown place. After driving for about fifty kilometers, Saanvi stopped the vehicle. Manjiri looked at her confused. "Well, I lost my energy and gotta put something down my alimentary canal," replied Saanvi, apparently nonchalant. But within a split second, Manjiri heard her lover say, "Let it go Manjiri, let it go, it'll be painful and I know it." Manjiri tightly embraced Saanvi and broke down into tears. Saanvi patted her back and muttered some calming words until she calmed down.
Saanvi sighed, if only the world understood them. The love they shared was just like a forest fire. The way fire spreads and increases while consuming anything and everything in its path, similarly, their love grew boundless, seamless and eternal. She didn't know if it was right or wrong. This was more confusing than integrals and derivatives for her. It was like sailing in a shallow sea, the island, the relief was visible right ahead but being unsure if it'd be just a mirage. One thing Saanvi knew was that she loved Manjiri. Manjiri, her Manju, who changed her into a better person, somehow they just completed each other. When they were together, Saanvi forgot everything. To Saanvi, Manjiri became everything to care for and about. All she wanted then was to hide her sweet love, Manju from everybody and never let a tear slip her eye.
After sometime Saanvi pulled the gear and pressed the accelerator. "So, Miss. Manjiri, you wanna stay with this boring geek for the rest of your life, huh?" Manjiri blushed after Saanvi's question and looked outside the window. "Have you any idea how gorgeous you look when you blush like this?" Saanvi asked playfully. Manjiri whined and said, "I'm gonna sleep now, don't talk." Saanvi chuckled and let her sleep for a while.
Once they reached the city, Saanvi called her parents. She looked over to the fore driver's seat to find Manju sleeping cutely. Saanvi answered her parents questions and was relieved to receive their happy reaction. Her mother jokingly said, "I don't know what that beautiful young lady saw in you, Saanu. But I can now be rest assured that your house will remain in proper state. Do call me when you reach back, okay, I wanna talk to my daughter-in-law." "Aai...okay bye, I'll put down the call now," Saanvi said. She shook her head while a smile lingered on her face. She called Keerthi maasi who was, of course, very happy and excited.
After sometime they reached Saanvi's apartment.
A/N : Yay! Now finally Saanvi and Manjiri both are together. 🥁🥁🎉🎉✨✨
"Aai" means mother. Here Saanvi addressed her mother as "Aai"
