Rhaenyra Targaryen

Rhaenyra and Daenys have a close mother-daughter relationship. Daenys has never resented her mother for Rhaenyra's decision to send her to Winterfell. Rhaenyra is very protective of her daughter, but also of her other children. There is a loving but also respectful relationship between the two. Daenys becomes a great support for her mother during the coming events.

Daemon Targaryen

Daemon and Daenys have a solid father-daughter relationship. Daenys is not as close to him as she is to her mother and siblings, but she still loves her father very much. Daemon loves his eldest daughter, but often doesn't know how to show it. He tries to make up for this by training various fighting techniques with her.

Jace and Luke Velaryon

There is a very close bond between Jace, Luke and Daenys. Daenys loves her two younger brothers more than anything and couldn't bear it if anything happened to them. Luke and Jace adore their big sister. All three enjoy flying their dragons together. Daenys is like a role model for the two boys.

Baela, Rhaena and Daenys have a loving sisterly relationship, but also a great friendship. The three of them can talk to each other about anything and would go through fire for each other.

Daenys tries to spend as much time as possible with all her siblings. She also spends time with her mum preparing for the role they will both have one day.

Rhaenys Targaryen

Rhaenys and Daenys have a close grandmother-granddaughter relationship. Daenys can always rely on Rhaenys to give her good advice. For Rhaenys, Daenys has been her granddaughter from the beginning, and no one could change that. She would go to war for her granddaughter if she had to.

Aegon Targaryen

For Daenys, her uncle Aegon is still an unreadable book because she doesn't know what to make to think of him. The future will show how their relationship will develop.
