Daenys spent a few more days in Winterfell and also got to know little Rickon. He looked so much like his father, but she hoped that he had also inherited some of Arra's traits. Daenys spent a lot of time with Nora and realised that the whole situation that was brewing in Westeros was really bothering Nora. On her second-last day in the North, Cregan and Daenys decided to go to the Wolfswood together.'Cregan, something's bothering you. What's going on?' 'The lords of the other houses here in the north have already let it be known that they expect me to remarry soon. I've just buried my wife.' 'Decide for yourself what you want to do, don't let anyone tell you, if you meet someone and she's the one, why not. I'd almost forgotten how nice it is here in the Wolfswood.' 'The Wolfswood has always been a quiet place. I just wish I had a better relationship with Moon. My fear is that he might attack me or us one day.' 'That bad?' 'Oh yes.'
Suddenly they both heard the cracking of branches and the rustling of leaves. Cregan was already standing in front of Daenys with his sword drawn. 'Who's hiding here? Show yourselves!' Out of the bushes came Cregan's Direwolve Moon. 'Moon, it's you. I'm relieved.' 'Ehm, Cregan I wouldn't be so relieved. Take a closer look at him.' Cregan took a closer look at Moon and noticed the Direwolve's menacing stance. He flared his jaws and let out a low growl. His whole posture signalled one thing to Daenys and Cregan, the day Moon turned on Cregan was today. 'Cregan, we have to accept the idea that Moon will not survive this.' 'I realise that. Why didn't I realise this before?'
Moon started running towards them both... ''Get down! Daenys pulled Cregan to the ground with her and pressed him firmly into the snow. Cregan was about to complain, but at that moment another figure flew over the two of them. It was Shadow. Daenys pulled Cregan further back with him, while Shadow rammed his teeth into the back of Moon's neck. 'You don't have to watch it. I know how much Moon meant to you.' 'It's okay. Let Shadow finish it.' In that moment, the fight between the two Direwolves was over. Shadow was too strong and too big for Moon. Daenys got up from the ground and ran to Shadow. When she reached him, she took a good look at him to see that he hadn't suffered any injuries either. She hugged him. 'You're okay. You were great. Thank you, Shadow, for protecting us. I know it must have been hard for you, he was your brother after all.' Daenys nuzzled her face into Shadow's fur. He enjoyed the closeness to his owner and barked happily. He can protect her too and not just the three dragons. Cregan watched the scene and then walked over to the two of them and stroked Shadow's head. 'Thank you, Shadow, you saved us.'
The next morning, Daenys said goodbye to Cregan and Nora and then set off for Dragonstone with Shadow and her three dragons. When Daenys arrived at Dragonstone, her younger brother Luke was already waiting for her. 'Daenys, you're back. How was Winterfell? It must have been incredibly beautiful there. With all the snow and the forests and...' 'Luke, breathe. Come here. I've missed you.' Daenys hugged Luke and squeezed him tightly. She pointed to the ground and they both sat down. 'It was nice, but also very sad. My best friend was buried. The north is really beautiful. Maybe one day I can show you the North, but until then, I have something for you.' Daenys took an ornament out of her bag. It was a framed snowflake. She gave the ornament to Luke, who was bursting with joy. 'Thank you, Dany. It's beautiful. But the snowflake won't melt, will it?' 'The snowflake won't melt, it was specially made that way.' Luke watched the snowflake and had a twinkle in his eye.
They sat there together for a long time and talked about so many things. Daenys loved listening to Luke talk about his training with Arrax and how excited he was about his young dragon. After a while, Luke fell asleep next to her and Daenys took a closer look at her younger brother. What would she do if something happened to him? What if she couldn't protect him?
Daenys was afraid of losing the people she loved most. She had a very strange feeling in her stomach about Luke. He is still so young and so carefree.
Hopefully this calm would last for quite a while. Oh, boy was she wrong.

I have two questions for you:
What should happen to Luke?
Should Daenys and Aegon get married before the complete chaos breaks out or only afterwards?
I would love to hear your ideas ☺️
