'I can't believe it.' 'Neither can I, but I'm also very happy to see my family.' Nora Stark sat on the bed in Daeny's room and watched Septa Ona and Daeny pack everything for the journey home. Their time in Winterfell was coming to an end and Daeny's family were waiting for them at Dragonstone.

'Well, I think we've packed everything now. Septa Ona, Shadow will accompany you on your journey back, because I don't know how to tie him to one of my dragons.' She looked at the two ladies with a grin.

Septa Ona, Shadow and a few knights left Winterfell a few days before Daenys, as they were slower by ship than Daenys was with her dragons.

Now the day had come for Daenys and her dragons to leave. While Daenys stood in the courtyard with Cregan, Arra and Nora Stark, her three dragons Meraxes, Silverwing and Vermithor landed at the gates of Winterfell.

'We will all miss you incredibly, especially me. You are and will always be like a little sister to me and I will miss our conversations and our training sessions so much.' 'I'll miss you a lot too, Cregan. My big brother, who I beat on the training field a long time ago.' Nora Stark had to smile at that moment, remembering that very day. It was quite a sight to see the young girl manoeuvre the older boy onto the ground. She would miss those moments too.

'Cregan, Arra, Nora, it was an honour for me to be a part of your family and I wouldn't trade it for the world. I am grateful for everyone I have been able to get to know here in the north. It is so hard for me to have to say goodbye now. Hopefully we will see each other again soon. I will try to send a raven as often as I can...' Daenys couldn't get any more words out as the tears were already running down her cheeks. Arra and Nora were already crying too and couldn't get a word out. Cregan tried to keep his tears in check, but he was only moderately successful.

'It was an honour for our family, the North, to have you here. You know that you are a Stark as well as a Northerner at heart. You will always have a place here, as will your dragons. I hate goodbyes. Let me give you a hug!'

So Daenys was hugged by all three of them and the last warm wishes were exchanged.

With one last look at the home she had known for the last twelve years, she walked to her three dragons. Meraxes was already lying down so that Daenys could climb onto her back. When Daenys was sitting on Meraxes' back, she gave her dragons the command to take off. Meraxes took to the sky first, followed by Silverwing and Vermithor. Winterfell grew smaller and smaller with every flap of the dragons' wings. The size of Meraxes meant that Daenys could lie down during the flight. The three dragons always flew above the clouds so that they would not be seen.

'A raven has arrived with a message for you, Princess Rhaenyra.' Rhaenyra took the letter from the knight's hand, who handed it over, and read it carefully. With a smile on her lips, she looked into the expectant faces of her loved ones.

'Mum, what does the letter say?' 'My sweet boy. It's a letter from Nora Stark. She wrote that Daenys is on her way to Dragonstone. My little dragon, your sister is coming home. The years of hiding are over now.' Jace, Luke and Joffrey looked at each other and smiled as well. Their big sister would finally be with them.

Rhaenyra had everything prepared straight away. Daenys' room was to be prepared and the Dragonkeepers were also informed of the dragons' imminent arrival.

'What's all this commotion about, Rhaenyra?' 'Daemon, our little dragon is on her way to Dragonstone. She'll be here soon. I can hardly wait.' Now Daemon understood what was going on, Daenys was finally coming home. The rest of the family were also informed of Daenys' imminent arrival. Baela and Rhaena were in great anticipation, as they only knew Daenys from stories told by their grandparents, their father and Rhaenyra, and Aegon and Viserys didn't really notice all the commotion.

Another two days passed since the letter from Winterfell arrived and the family was out for a walk outside the castle walls when they heard the roar of dragons. Shortly afterwards, the Silver Duo and The Bronze Fury began their landing process. Rhaenyra and the rest of the family watched the three dragons and then from the back of the largest of the three slid the young girl everyone had been waiting for.

The Silver Dragon, the Silver Duo and the Bronze Fury had arrived on Dragonstone and would not be leaving any time soon.
