Vivians pov:

I wake up a few hours before Siobhan. I know that I need to talk to her about what happened during the time that she was gone, although it wasn't hard to guess. My heart breaks for her.

I have one job as her girlfriend, and that is to look after her, and I failed.

11am rolls around, and Siobhan finally wakes up. She has bags under her eyes, and she looks so drained.

I pull her in for a hug and keep her like that laid on me until she is ready to talk.

She sits herself up after a few minutes.

"Vivian, I am sorry but I can't stay. Just remember that I love you always."

My heart shatters. This girl is my world, and I am not losing her to that old cow.

"Baby, look at what he has done to you. I'm sorry, but you are not going back to him."

Tears start streaming down her face. Seeing her crying like this makes me want to cry, too.

"Vee vee, we are engaged. I have to go back."

Their engaged??? What? Oh Siobhan, my heart breaks for you.

"Baby, you're not going back. What happened while you were with him? You can tell me it's okay, I'm here for you."

She took a big deep breath in and sat up properly, so I did the same. I made it so there was a bit of a distance between us so that I could look at her face.

I turned towards her and gave her my hand to hold so that she wouldn't feel as nervous. It helped me, too, because I know that she is safe if I am holding or touching her in some way.

"Viv, please don't get mad when I tell you what happened."

Nothing she could say about this situation could make me mad. This is the love of my life, and the situation is so bad for her.

"I won't get mad at you. I can promise you that. Nothing about this can or will make me mad. I'm here for you always, through thick and thin."

She doesn't say anything after I said that. She starts crying and slowly makes her way out of bed.

I can't help but wonder what she's doing. She gets out of bed and turns on the light.

Her makeup came off her face while she was asleep, and I could see all the bruises that she had on her face and the eye bags under her eyes.

I try and keep in my emotions because I have to stay strong for Siobhan.

She then starts to slowly take off all of her clothes, revealing her body to me.

This time, I couldn't stop myself from crying no matter how much I tried. This is why she went into the bathroom to get changed last night.

She is covered head to toe in purple and green bruises, worse than the first time I ever saw her bare body.

I get up out of bed and gently wrap my arms around her to help stop her crying.

"Viv, I am so sorry you have to see me like this. I am an unlovable disgrace. You don't have to worry about me for much longer because I'll be going back to"

I cut her off from talking. There's no way she's finishing that sentence.

"Siobhan, sweetheart, go sit yourself back in bed and listen to me right now." I made myself sound serious but not too serious so that I scared her.
