chapter 17: Marjorie...

Siobhans pov:

Vivian finished getting Jamie ready for preschool. He looks so cute in his little dungerees that vivian put him in.

I can't help but feel nervous about taking Jamie to nursery for the first time alone. He called me mama too this morning, and I know that people are going to have a few things to say about that, but I honestly couldn't care less. I'm the happiest I have ever been. I'm glad that i have been accepted into vivians little family. I love them both so much, and I will do anything on my power to protect them.

I help Jamie put on his shoes, and I grab his backpack so he has the essentials that he needs to get him through the day at nursery.

Before leaving, I go back to the kitchen and give vivian a kiss goodbye. After a few seconds, I pull away.

"Have a good day bon Bon, I love you so much and I know it's not going to be easy but I will be here when you get back with all the kisses and cuddles you need. Thank you for taking Jamie to the nursery."

I love vivian with all my heart she's always so sweet and understanding. After spending years with a man that I didn't even like, I thought I would never find true love. Then I met vivian, and she proved me wrong.

"Goodbye my vee vee I'll let you know how it goes with marjorie. I love you so much."

"I love you too, baby. I'm sure you will be fine."

I give her another kiss and a quick hug before getting Jamie and making our way to the car.

This is becoming real now. I'm dropping off my girlfriends son at the nursery that I work in... that's scary to me.. and I have to make up with marjorie. I'm doing it all for vivian. Just for her. Anything to make my girl happy.

*10 minutes later*

We arrive at nursery, and I drop off Jamie to sorscha and Charlotte. Mia has really changed Charlotte. I know i need to make amends with mia, too, but I'm genuinely not ready for that just yet.

Goodbye, Mama. I love you." Jamie shouted to me across the room. Sorscha and Charlotte turn around and face me and look at me with nothing but pure shock. I expected that to happen, to be honest, but nobody really knows that I'm dating vivian.

Sorscha snaps out of the shock and walks over to me. Great.

"Siobhan.. did Jamie just call you..  mama?" My heart rate increased rapidly.

"Uhm yeah, he did.. it happened this morning at breakfast.."

Sorscha takes a minute to connect all of the dots. She's going to find out that I'm no longer with Roger anyway.

"Wait... Jamie is vivians son... Jamie called you mama.. YOUR DATING VIVIAN???? But your homophobic? What?"

I can't be bothered by having this conversation with sorscha as of right now. It's bad enough that I'm going to have to go through this conversation with marjorie. I can't do this twice.

"Yes, I'm with vivian. You probably have  a lot of questions. I need to talk to marjorie, but if you really need to know what's going on.. you can talk to Viv at hand over later."

Sorscha's Jaw practically dropped to the floor. I was not expecting her to be this shocked.

With that, I walk out of the pre-school room and head towards marjories office. I have no idea how she is going to react but judging by her personality.. she's going to be really confused and ask a lot of questions that I will hardly even know the answer to.

I knock on marjories office door. Reece is with her. This is not going to be good.

Marjorie rolls her eyes when she sees me. "Siobhan," she says coldly.

I know she doesn't like me, and to be honest, I'm not a huge fan of her either.

"Marjorie, there's something that I really need to talk to you about."

Reece looks at me curiously.  I know this is probably going to be a massive shock to him.

I explain everything that has happened with Roger. Reece left the room. marjorie had litteral tears in her eyes after everything I told her. I can tell she has about 1000 questions that she wants to ask.

"Wait, so you're no longer with Roger?" I shake my head in response. I left vivian out of the story for now..

"So if you're not with him.. where are you staying??" It's time. I need to tell her now.

"Im staying with vivian." Marjories Jaw dropped.

"Why are you here then?" She asked she's clearly confused about the whole situation.

"Jamie wanted me to drop him off here. I took that as an opportunity to come and talk to you..  I want us to get along better, marjorie. Vivian wants the same, too."

Marjorie doesn't say anything she just pills me into a hug. I don't hig anyone who isn't vivian or Jamie, but I can tell that she wanted this. We stay hugging for a few moments before she pulls away.

"Siobhan, I am so sorry that nobody realized how much you were going through. I wish I knew. I would have been so much nicer to you. I am so sorry. I want nothing more than to be friends if not civil. And if anything happens, just know that you can come talk to me about anything. I am so happy for you and vivian, although I have to say... I am a little bit shocked that you're with a woman.."

I couldn't help but smile at what she said. She's actually not a bad person. She can be really nice when she wants to be. I know for a fact that vivian is going to be over the moon that I have sorted things out with marjorie. That's all that matters to me. I did it for her. Although it helps me too. I now have an actual friend. For the first time in my life, I have a true love and a friend. That's all I've ever wanted.

"I wasn't exactly planning on being with a woman, marjorie. I've always thought that I was into men, but then I met vivian. My thoughts and mindset changed completely.  I knew that I loved her and wanted to spend my life with her. Jamie even sees me as a mama. He called me that this morning."

Marjorie ignored most of what I just said, but when I mentioned the fact that Jamie called me Mama, tears started streaming down her face again.

"I'm so happy that you have your own little family, Siobhan."

I thank marjorie and give her another quick hug and my number.

"I'll call you later, who knows. Maybe in a few weeks' time, we could go on a double date so that you can meet vivian properly. By the way, she's collecting Jamie later on. Sorscha knows about us. As does Charlotte."

She gives me a warm smile.

"Okay, my love. I'll call you at some point. I'm sure Reece and I would love to double date with you and vivian. "

With that, I walk out of marjories office and head back outside to my car.

I make my way back home blasting girls aloud.

*10 minutes later*

I get back home, and I find vivian on the sofa asleep. God, she's so cute.

I climb on the sofa behind her, add her, and I wrap her up in my arms. I plant a few kisses onto her forehead and fall asleep with her.

A/N: I really hope that Siobhan and marjorie do become friends. I need my girls to get along.
