chapter 18: im sorry viv

A/N: I'm going to do most chapters from a third-person pov for now, but there will probably be switches from third person to a characters' pov..

Vivian woke up not long before Siobhan did. Viv didn't even notice Siobhan come home Earlier, she crashed out on the sofa while Siobhan was still in the meeting with Marjorie. Viv was dying to know how the meeting went, but she didn't want to wake Siobhan uo from her nap as she coiled tell her girl needed to rest a little bit more.

Vivian carefully turned herself around so that she wouldn't wake up her sleeping sweetheart. She turned to face Siobhan and kissed her forehead a few times. Siobhan didn't wake up, but she knew that vivian was there and wrapped her arms tightly around her.

After a few minutes of Vivian holding Siobhan in her arms while she rested, she noticed that Siobhan started to stir. Viv moved her hair out of siobhans face and waited for her to wake up properly. 

"Hi, sleepy head. Did you sleep, okay?" Vivian asked with a smile on her face. God, she could get used to seeing Siobhan like this. She's always so cute.

"Hi vee vee, what time is it?"
Vivian giggled slightly at her response. She loves the way her voice sounds when she first wakes up. She loves everything about her.

"It's 5pm, sweetheart. we have another hour before we need to go get Jamie, and don't worry, I'll go it's okay. You can stay here."

Siobhan lets out a happy sigh. Even though she would love nothing more than to go collect Jamie from school, she needs some time alone. Not because they get on her nerves but because she just sometimes feels over welmed by the love that Jamie and Viv give her, it's not something that she's used to. YET.

"Bon bon, I don't want you to worry, but there's a few there want to talk to you about before. i do have to het and get jamie from nursery..."

siobhans heart is practically in her throat at this point. She's so worried about how Vivian will react when she finds out that she basically told marjorie that she wants to go on a double date with herself, Viv, and reece.

She tries to push the fears that she has to the back of her mind, though, and let Vivian ask her whatever it is she wants to know.

"How did things go with marjorie, then Bon bon?" Siobhan didn't really know how to respond to this, It did go surprisingly well, but something inside Siobhan wouldn't let her stop worrying.

"It went fine.. but most people in the nursery know about us... I'm sorry, Viv. I didn't want that to happen because I didn't talk to you about it first. Please don't be mad at me. I love you."

Vivian can't help but laugh. She knows that Siobhan should have nothing to worry about.

"Bon, it's okay. Don't worry about it, it just means that I get to show you off in public now and we won't have to worry about anything anymore.. and we can help you build a stronger relationship with marjorie. I know that's all you want and I get that you two don't have any blood lost between you but at least the meeting went well so you have a chance to make friends with her. I love you so much, Siobhan, you don't have to worry about anything. I'm so proud of you."

Siobhan had tears starting to form in her eyes. She couldn't believe how lucky she got to find a person who was so sweet, patient, and understanding towards her. Not just any person either... her forever person..

"Thank you vee vee, that means a lot.."

Vivian noticed that Siobhan had tears forming in her eyes, so she gently wiped them away. There's nothing Viv hates more than seeing her girl upset. When she cries, all she wants to do is take away all the pain that she has.

Siobhan melted into vivians touch. Everything she does to her is always so gentle and loving. Siobhan couldn't get enough of it. Viv is her person. Everything she does is always perfect. Everything about her is perfect. Vivian is perfect in Siobhans eyes, and there's nobody else in the world that Siobhan would want to be with. And Viv feels the exact same way about her bon.

"By the way, Viv, I might or might not have told marjorie that herself and reece can double date with us if you're up to it... are you okay with that?"

Vivian is nothing but proud of Siobhan. She was not expecting her to say this.

"I'd love to double date with them, but are you sure that you're up to it? I know that this is a big deal for you, and I don't want you to feel like I'm pushing you into something that you don't want to do. Don't worry if you change your mind, I'll be fi e with it, o matter what decision you make I'm going to be by your side, okay sweet girl?"

Siobhan didn't say anything to that. She knew that Viv would always support her with whatever she decided. Siobhan throws her arms around Vivian and clings to her like a koala.

This is how Vivian knows that Siobhan doesn't want to talk. She just wants to be held and loved for a short while.

*6pm comes around*

Vivian spent the last half an hour getting herself ready to go and collect Jamie from nursery.

Before she left, she went back into the living room and gave Siobhan a quick but loving kiss on the lips. Siobhan melted into the kiss, and to be quite honest, she didn't even want it to end. She would stay there forever kissing her girlfriend, but she knew she had to go get Jamie from nursery so reluctantly that she let her go.

*Half an hour passes*

Vivian left to go get Jamie about 10 minutes ago, Siobhan took that as an opportunity to make herself and Viv some dinner. She made a quick yet simple bolognase with pasta. It would be ready within half an hour. All she needs to do is just bun it in the oven.

She didn't want to put it in just yet because she wanted to spend some time with Viv and Jamie before Tea.

Siobahn checks  the time on her phone. 10 past 6. She has about 5 more minutes before they return home. She runs upstairs and grabs some coloring books and pens for Jamie.

She puts them on the table in the living room and sticks paw patrol on the TV. It's Jamie's favorite thing to watch, and she knows it.

Viv and Jamie finally arrive home. Jamie runs into the living room and sees the pens and books that Siobhan had put on the table for him. He makes his way over to Siobhan and wraps his little arms around her body.

"Thank you, Mama." He glances up at the TV and notices that she had also put on paw patrol for him to watch.

Vivian was watching all this happen from a distance. She absolutely adores the bond that Jamie and her girlfriend have. She wouldn't have it any other way. She can't help but let a couple of tears slip out while watching the adorable scene in front of her.

Siobhan hears Vivian crying. She walks up to her and holds her close. She knows exactly why Viv is crying, and she doesn't even need to say anything. Viv just cries onto siobhans shoulder for a few minutes.

Luckily, Jamie was completely distracted. Both girls knew that if Jamie saw them crying, he would start too and would struggle to stop for hours.

After viv finished sitting and coloring with Jamie for a while, Siobhan had dinner made. Viv and Jamie made their way into the kitchen, the happy family sat together and enjoyed eachothers company with love, smiles, and laughter filling the kitchen air.

Viv and Siobhan wouldn't have their lives any other way even if Siobhan wasn't Jamie's real mum. They both know that she will always be his mama, and nothing can or will ever change that.

They really are eachothers forever person.
