"What is your wish?" the great dragon of Namek spoke, looking down at Cross and Mori.

The dragon girl gave a nervous blush and an equally nervous laugh. "I know this may sound a bit forward of me, but when I first saw you on Namek, when I was a dragon of similar stature, you stirred something in my heart. Those feelings have been muted with recent changes that have happened to me, but still, I'm curious about pursuing a relationship with you. I know this may seem odd—me, an simple mortal dragon, and you, an eternal wish-granting being—but the heart wants what the heart wants. So my wish, if you are willing to grant it, is to spend some time with you on a date. I'm sure an eternal being like you must grow tired of only being summoned to grant the desires of mortals, so maybe you'll also get some enjoyment out of having a weekend off with someone I hope you'll consider a friend and maybe more."

Porunga paused, considering her words. It was an unusual request to be sure, but it was something within his power to grant. The request also meant taking on a mortal form. It was such an unexpected wish, and yet the dragon was intrigued by the proposition of being able to walk about, see the sights, and generally just experience life. After much pausing and thought, Porunga spoke. "Your wish is within my power to grant. Before we proceed, is there anything else you would like?"

Flustered, Cross honestly wasn't sure if this entire plan would work or not, but her curiosity had gotten the better of her. How was she going to date an eternal wish-granting dragon? It was an absolutely crazy idea, but she was still looking forward to it. Still, there were two more wishes to grant, and so she pondered for a bit. Then she remembered one of her main reasons for traveling the Multiverse was to document those universes, their history, and their losses so that, unlike her own world, their universe would not be forgotten in time. After a moment, she took out a tablet from her jacket and held it up to the dragon. "I am willing to use two wishes in order to create a digital tome of the history of this Multiverse. Is that something you can inscribe?"

The dragon responded swiftly, "The history of the entire Multiverse is beyond my power to grant. I can grant you a fraction of the knowledge of the history of the Multiverse, but not its entirety."

Cross gave a joyful laugh. "A partial tome is fine. I can always use more wishes in the future to finish it off, right?"

The dragon was not expecting that question either. This mortal was something else. "Yes, that is a wish I can grant, and yes, in the future, you can use more wishes from any dragon to expand your tome of knowledge."

Goku watched from a distance, a wide grin on his face. He only understood a fraction of what was going on, but Cross seemed happy, and so was he. In a flash of magic, a tablet appeared in Cross's hand, inscribed with pages and pages of knowledge about the dragon Multiverse. It was hardly an exhaustive document, but it still contained a large wealth of knowledge Cross did not have before. Then the dragon shrank down, and as the Dragon Balls scattered across the globe, a figure bipedal like her appeared. He looked her in the eyes at an even level and gave a small laugh. "This is a most unusual wish."

Cross smiled, looping her arm in his as she led him back to Goku. "Well then, let's get our little date started. Are you hungry? Have you ever eaten before? Let's try out some food on Earth, shall we?"

Porunga, the dragon now in human form, laughed. He never expected he would experience a mortal life, and yet here he was, on a date with an immortal dragon, headed to Earth to have mortal food. It was an absolutely memorable experience. As they reached her little group of friends and explained who he was, the look of shock on their faces was priceless.

They wandered through the bustling streets, sampling various foods. Cross laughed as Porunga tried a hot dog for the first time. "How is it?" she asked, her eyes sparkling with amusement.

Porunga chewed thoughtfully. "It's... interesting. I've never tasted anything like it."

They visited a park, watching children play and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. "This is what life is all about," Cross said softly. "Moments like these."

As the day came to an end, Porunga looked at Cross with newfound appreciation. "Thank you for this experience. It has given me a new perspective on life."

Cross smiled, feeling a warmth in her heart. "I'm glad you enjoyed it. Maybe we can do this again sometime."

Porunga nodded, his form beginning to glow as he prepared to return to Namek. "I would like that. Until then, take care, Cross."

As Porunga disappeared, Cross felt a sense of fulfillment. She had not only gained a friend but also a deeper understanding of the world around her.

Cross watched as Porunga vanished, a tear slipping down her cheek. "Thank you," she whispered, feeling a mix of joy and sadness. "For everything."

Goku placed a comforting hand on her shoulder. "You did something amazing today, Cross. You showed us all that even the most powerful beings can find happiness in the simplest things."
