"Hmm..." Yang Qiong, unlike Shen Qiuhua, did not hold back. Her mouth emitted trembling, soft moans.

Seeing Yang Qiong so moved, Shen Qiuhua's body also became uncomfortable. Her cheeks were flushed, and her eyes sparkled like they held stars.

Yang Qiong experienced for the first time the difficulty of being on the receiving end. No wonder Qiuhua often cried and begged for mercy- it was both uncomfortable and pleasurable. Thinking about how she had given Shen Qiuhua that same feeling, Yang Qiong's flushed cheeks revealed a satisfied expression.

Shen Qiuhua, who usually lacked exercise, found her fingers sore after this round. She lay in Yang Qiong's arms, unwilling to continue.

"You're making me so uncomfortable," Yang Qiong complained, irritated by Shen Qiuhua's irresponsible abandonment.

"I'm too tired." Shen Qiuhua cleaned her hands and started poking at Yang Qiong's chest again.

Yang Qiong, feeling helpless, grabbed Shen Qiuhua's wandering hands and said softly, "I'm your person now."

"Exchange your heart for mine," Shen Qiuhua said, placing Yang Qiong's hand over her own heart, while her hand rested on Yang Qiong's heart. "Together until old age, not letting time pass us by."

"Okay." Yang Qiong kissed Shen Qiuhua's forehead. The excitement in her body hadn't subsided yet, but seeing Shen Qiuhua look finished, she felt it might be better for her to handle such strenuous activities in the future.

When Shen's parents returned, Shen Qiuhua and Yang Qiong were already asleep.

"These kids went to bed early today. Usually, they're still watching TV at this time," Mother Shen whispered to Father Shen.

"Who knows what they did during the day? They're probably exhausted," Father Shen glanced at the closed door of Shen Qiuhua's room and shook his head.

They both slept soundly as if their accumulated fatigue had completely erupted, and they continued to sleep until the next afternoon.

When they woke up, both felt their bones were soft. Shen Qiuhua furrowed her beautiful brows, unwilling to move. She would never have done this in her past life. No matter what, she would never have indulged herself in such controversial activities. People truly shouldn't be spoiled. Even she had let herself go to this extent.

While lost in thought, Yang Qiong cuddled up to her, her hands being quite unruly.

"You're being a scoundrel again!" Shen Qiuhua struggled a couple of times but couldn't break free, so she let her be.

"Qiuhua, how much should we give your parents for the New Year?" It turned out that Yang Qiong was not entirely frivolous, she did have some practical concerns.

Shen Qiuhua was taken aback by the sudden shift to this topic. "I'll handle it. You don't need to."

"Of course not. You're my wife. It's my first New Year at your home, and it's only right to give something," Yang Qiong said with the proud expression of a future son-in-law.

"You should spend time with my dad instead. He's getting old and feels quite lonely. You know I sometimes find it difficult to talk, always afraid of being noticed. Just act as my proxy in fulfilling filial duties."

Yang Qiong smiled upon hearing this. "You're good to them."

"If it weren't for their daughter, there wouldn't be me. Since I've taken her place, I should be a good daughter. As children, being able to serve one's parents is a form of happiness." Thinking of this, she couldn't help but reflect on her past life. Entering the palace meant never seeing them again, and that separation was more painful than death.
