Yesterday was a day filled with a mixture of emotions as I accompanied my sister Priyanjali to the hospital for her dialysis appointment. The familiar routine of these visits has become a part of our lives, yet each time we enter the hospital doors, it feels like stepping into a world of uncertainty and apprehension.

Sitting beside Priyanjali in the waiting room, I wasn't able to help but feel a deep sense of empathy for her. Though she remained composed, I could sense the underlying anxiety that she was feeling. As her sister, I wanted nothing more than to alleviate her worries and provide comfort during this challenging time.

While Priyanjali underwent her treatment, I watched over her with admiration and concern. Despite the discomfort of the procedure, she remained remarkably stoic, which is quite praiseworthy, for real.

If I would have been in her place, I would have never been able to do this.

Living with a chronic illness has its own challenges, but it has also taught us resilience and strength beyond measure. And though there are moments of pain and uncertainty, there are also moments of grace and gratitude, moments like this, where the bond between we sisters shine bright amidst the darkness.

By the time we had returned back to home, it had turned pretty late at night. And also, I lacked time to talk with Dev, as he was also busy in preparing for the trip. We had just exchanged good night last night.

Next morning, the sun rose high in the sky, next day, casting its golden rays across the landscape, and I found myself filled with a sense of anticipation and excitement for the journey that lay ahead.

Today is the beginning of an adventure unlike any other- trip to Uttarakhand, filled with both work and leisure, accompanied by my best friends and loved ones.

Ofcourse, I ensured first of all whether everything's ready or not. When the double checking was done, I relaxed, sighing in releif, on the floor of my comfort place, my room, my home.

I made final arrangements and packed my belongings finally to leave my home, and the thought of exploring the rugged beauty of Uttarakhand filled me with a sense of wonder and awe.

From the snow-capped peaks of the Himalayas to the lush green valleys below, I wanted to spend each and every moment of it. I love mountains. I have always loved mountains. Over beach. There's a kind of peace and soothness in the height of mountains.

I hugged Priyanjali to which she replied that she is going to miss me and that she is going to complain about this to her brother-in-law. Little did she knew that her brother-in-law was accompanying me too. I took the blessings from Maa-sa and Baapu-sa. They gave me some extra pocket money to use it for my expenses. They asked me to keep calling them.

I sat in the car sent by Devishi that would take me to airport directly. When I reached the airport after a long travel, Kunwar-sa came to escort me from the car. The assistant took out my luggage. We walked inside while having a funny chat.
