25 ~ Devansh kisses the princess?

After convincing Dev finally to step out of his room, I honestly didn't wanted to stay back. I walked to Devishi who was with Prince Yuvansh and congratulated them first.

"I'll take your leave now, Devii," I spoke to her, but I got the reply from Prince Yuvansh, "So soon, is everything okay?".

I nodded my head, "Just had a little stomach ache. I'm really sorry."

"I understand Jaanvi, I do. And I'll not stop you. Please take care," Devishi hugged me tightly. I took my leave from there and walked back to my house.

Changing my clothes, I had no energy left, so I drifted to an ever-long sleep. either Maa-sa was at home nor was Baapu-sa. I already knew they were going to stay back at the palace today.

"Bai-sa, wake up," I heard Priya's voice and rubbed the sleep out of my eyes. I raised my eyebrows looking at her and asked, "What Priya? Do you need something?"

"Jijo-sa is calling you for the twelfth time," she forwarded my phone towards me and I got startled. Twelfth time?

I saw the time. It was 3 at night. I immediately picked up the call,

"Dev, is everything okay? Are you fine?"

"Open your door."

I was taken aback by his words.

When I didn't reply, he spoke again, "Open your door."

"Are you here?", I asked shocked.  Priya looked at me with her eyes wide when she heard my words. "Please, open the door. I'm standing here since last 35 minutes."

I pushed the sheet away and walked towards the door to open it. As soon as I opened it, I saw him standing there, his face covered and he was standing in casual black clothes.

I held his hand and pulled him inside, locking the door quickly, "What on earth are you doing here at this point of time, Dev?"

He didn't reply me, instead, he wrapped his arms around me and hugged me very tightly. I almost stumbled because of his sudden action and held his body tightly. I caressed his back with my palm and asked, "What happened, baby? Tell me. I'm here na."

"I think.. I was.. intoxicated," his voice came out very low. "And? Something happened?"

He snuggled his face more into my neck, his complete body weight was on mine. I heard Priya's voice, "Take him inside bai-sa. I'll take Maa-sa's room."

She must not have recognised him. His face was covered. She moved towards our parents' room and I walked along with Dev inside our room.

I made him sit on the bed and locked the door. Returning back, I uncovered his face and cupped his cheeks standing infront of him. "Tell me now."
