30 ~ Jahanvi asks him to leave

I was trying to wrap the meeting as fast as possible. Because I needed to meet her. I have not seen her since last one week. I was so desperate. My eyes were so desperate.

The meeting was about to end, five more minutes, and I was just shaking my legs out of anxiety. The need to meet her was so fucking huge.

My screen flashed.

I picked up my phone in my hands. There was a message from someone. I was about to open the chat when the person sitting infront me interrupted me again.

I kept the phone aside and sat normally trying to listen what he was actually trying to explain.

Twenty five complete minutes passed when the meeting ended. I had thought it to wrap as soon as possible, but it took much time, more than usual.

"Sir, your lunch is here, should I serve?", my PA asked me.

I shook my head, "No, I'll have to leave, on an urgent note."

She smiled, "Sure Sir, have a good day." I passed her a smile and moved outside after picking up my jacket from the back of my desk's chair.

I was on my way when suddenly my phone rang. Krishiv. I recieved the call.

"Back to home?" I asked cheerfully. "Bhai-sa," his voice seemed tensed, "Are you free now?"

"Yeah, ofcourse, is everything okay?", I asked concerned. "Jahanvi was here. I just dropped her home."

Shit. I was so excited. Shit.

"She had passed out in — " I just heard this. Nothing invaded my ears except this. I parked the car on side.

"How? When? Is she okay?"

"Relax, bhai-sa. She is fine. I don't know what happened. I wasn't at the palace. Ishi called me and asked me to drop her home."

I punched my steering wheel.

"Why didn't you ask her to stay back? Did you check her sugar level? Did you feed her something? Damn, fuck."

"Calm down, bhai-sa. Calm down. Checking on her sugar level didn't come to my mind, Am so sorry. But I'll take doctor along with me to her, right now. Don't worry."

My veins were aching all too suddenly.

"I'm coming. I'll accompany you. Her parents must be at palace right now." I started the car instantly.

"No, they weren't at home. I asked her sister, she said that they'll return back by night. I asked Priyanjali to take care of her."

"I'm reaching, call the doctor, ask her to reach soon."

"Ji, bhai-sa. Drive safely."

The call disconnected and I was just driving madly towards her house.  It took my ten minutes to reach outside her area, taking my jacket off, I walked towards her home.
