"So Friday..." Kara said. "Yep...Friday." Lena replied. "Can we elope?" Kara asked as she passed Lena another dish. "No darling...we can't." Lena replied. Kara groaned as they finished up their dishes. "Come on love...let's do some online viewing of venues in different areas away from public viewing." Lena said. "You want a private place?" Kara asked. "Yes, away from paparazzi and other weirdos." Lena replied. "That sounds nice. We should do that too for our honeymoon." Kara suggested.
Lena cocked an eyebrow at her fiancé as they sat on the sofa. "A private honeymoon...maybe a private island...or something?" Lena replied. "Will clothing be required?" Kara asked teasingly. "Probably not once we're alone." Lena replied with a smirk. "So...on the private jet...and at the place we'll be staying in?" Kara replied. Lena smiled at the blonde as they lay back on the sofa. "Tonight's dinner was good, but now I'm thinking we should watch a movie...what do you think?" Lena suggested. "A movie sounds good. What would you like to see?" Kara asked. "Hmm how about something funny, to get our minds off the fact that our mothers are coming Friday." Lena replied.
"Yes!" Kara replied with a smile. Lena quickly searched for a comedy to watch while Kara grabbed popcorn and two drinks. "Find something Lee?" Kara asked as she sat down beside her. "Yea! I found an old Adam Sandler movie." Lena said as she took a glass from Kara. "Oh I love Adam Sandler!" Kara exclaimed as the movie began. "So...tomorrow I think I'll work from home so I can get the spare rooms ready." Kara said. "Oh ok... well I can always work from here too so I can help you." Lena replied. "That would be nice." Kara replied with a smile.
