Legend: These guys are expanding at alarming rates. First they get an army out of nowhere and now they're making secret projects. Hopefully this massacre will delay whatever they're planning.
Rias: What do we do now?
Legend: We deal with the mole.
Lucifer: You don't have a lead on this do you?
