TW- Survivors Guilt

JOSIE LAUGHED clapping her hands as Buck missed another shot with the pool queue.  He scrunched his nose as he leaned back with the shot glass, shaking his head.  She dared him that each time one of them missed the pockets in the pool one of them took a shot, so far she was sober. Mostly.

"This isn't fair." Buck coughed, and she smirked leaning on her pool stick.  "It is too, not my fault you have a shitty aim." She laughed.

"I do not!" He exclaimed offended.  "Oh really, this is you, watch." Josie leaned down, grunting as she did her impression of him.

"See what I mean?" She laughed, and he stared her down unamused. at her teasing.

"Oh come on don't be a sour puss." She tells him.  "I'm not," Buck grumbled, and she playfully rolled her eyes.

"Dont hate the player hate the game, am I right?" Josie asked, turning around and looking for Eddie and Henry. The two men had their eyes glued to the screen as a football game played on. Her forehead scrunched looking at the both of them, she cleared her throat.

"Boys?!" She spoke up, they turned around to look at her.  They mumbled and asked what.  "Is our pool game boring you?" Josie wondered, leaning on the table.

"It's UCLA and Texas." Henry protested, and she shook her head.  "Texas will win easily." Josie proclaimed. Eddie smiled out the side of his mouth.

"Oh yeah, thought you didn't like the Longhorns?" Eddie wondered, his legs wide as he leaned against the bar.  Josie smirked with a shrug.

"I don't when they are playing the Gators." She explained. He rolled his eyes.  "Sore loser." He teased.

"Better than an actual one." She laughed, he looked up at the screen at the scoreboard.  "It's sixteen to twenty, that's good luck," Eddie stated.

"How is that lucky? They're getting canned" Buck wondered.  Eddie's jaw slacked at his lack of faith in the football team.  "Because Buckley." He remarked.

"Sixteen is a lucky number, the only way to go is up." He proclaimed. Josie shook her head, not agreeing in the slightest with his choice of numerical.

"More like unlucky." Josie huffed, bending down and taking her aim at the blue-striped ball. Eddie furrowed his brow at her use of the word. Her phrasing of it dug into a sense of familiarity, he shook the feeling off.

"Oh yes, that's what four for me and two for you buckaroo." Josie gloated, spinning around in a victory dance.  "Okay, I want in on this," Eddie says.

"Be my guest."  Buck conceded, handing him the pool stick.  Their game quickly turned into an all-around one for them. Eddie had invited her, she asked Alex to come along and she said she should hang out with him.
