Everything will workout~Rafe

A/n: BUCKLE UP THIS IS THE LONGEST IMAGINE IVE WRITTEN!!

Rafe Cameron has been my absolute best friend since we were babies, and we were super close.I were also really close  with his sister Sarah, and Topper was also a close friend of Rafe, and another guy named Kelce. Rafe had started dating this girl named sofia.

Currently I was at Toppers house, with Sarah, Kelce, Rafe, Sofia, and this new girl Ruthie Topper was dating. I  sat beside Sarah on the basement couch along with everyone else.

I was laughing at something Sarah said when I noticed Rafe looking at us. He was sat on a little love seat with Sofia under his arm. When we made eye contact he gave me a warm smile, I smiled back before immediately looking away.

It felt so weird being so friendly with him when he has a girlfriend.. expecially since I have liked him since childhood.. he just doesn't know. Now that he has a girlfriend I tried to push my crush away and act like normal.

"Sarah could you please pass me my cup?" I said. "Course" She nodded.

Rafe watched my interaction with Sarah, his expression unreadable. He then turned his attention to Sofia, wrapping his arm around her shoulders and pulling her closer. He leaned in and whispered something in her ear that made her giggle softly.

I felt so jelpus and for that I felt so bad and guilty. I tried to distract myself as i talked to sarah, before we were intruppted by kelce joining our convo "Hi Kelce" I smiled.

Kelce plopped down on the couch beside me throwing his arm around my shoulders in a friendly gesture. "Hey gorgeous," he greeted. I laughed, kelce was always jokingly flirtly. I then jokingly leaned into him and said "Hi handsome" making sarah have a good laugh. "Whoa do you guys need a room??" She teased making the 3 of us have a little laugh.

Rafe's gaze narrowed slightly as he watched Kelce's arm around me, his jaw clenching slightly. Sofia noticed his expression and followed his gaze, her eyes narrowing as she sees Kelce's arm around you. She leans over and whispers something in Rafe's ear, causing him to sigh.

"You hungry Kelce? Me and sarah were saying we are starved someone should order food" I said, as I sit back up straight.

Kelce nodded eagerly, "Yeah, I could eat. What are you guys in the mood for? Pizza? Chinese? Burgers?" He finally noticed the tension between Rafe and Sofia, and glanced at them curiously.

Me and sarah looked at each before saying "Pizza!!" at the same time.

Rafe and Sofia got up and walked away together, disappearing upstairs. Kelce watched them go, then turned back to you and Sarah. "What's up with those two?" he asked, lowering his voice. "I-I dont know.. I would say they're going to fuck but Rafe looked.. I dunno.. mad?"

Kelce raised an eyebrow, "Mad? Yeah, he looked pretty pissed off. I've never seen him like that with Sofia." He shook his head, "Anyway, let's order that pizza. I'm starving." He grabs his phone and starts scrolling through the food delivery apps.

I was conserned, but I shook it off "Yes please!! I am starved" I said, but sarah and kelce were giving me a look "What?!" I asked

"M-maybe you should.. y'know talk to him, see what's wrong.. you are his best friend.. any one else asks and he'll fucken' get even more pissed" said Sarah.

"No absolutely not guys! I am not getting in the middle of them" I said.

Kelce nodded in agreement with Sarah, "She's right, you should talk to him. He'll listen to you." He said.

"It's just I dont want sofia to think i'm some sort of competition.. I don't know if you guys have noticed, but I've sort of distanced myself from him just because I don't want her to feel weird when I'm there because of how close me and him are.. it hurt sort of losing my best friend but its out of love" I said.
