It had been a couple of days since the whole Grammy ceremony, and the party where Kat got the meet the BTS leader. The feeling of winning the two Grammys they were nominated for, still sinking in.

"Okay, let's start from the top. Kat don't forget that the last part of the song is in 3/4. You keep plying it in 4/4 for some reason." said Mike.

"I know, I know. I'm just a little out of it today."

"Do you wanna take a break or something?"

"Yeah, thank you! I really need one right now!"

Kat went to her bag to get to her phone and picked up a candy bar on her way to the studio's entrance. As she was eating her candy bar, she started checking her emails, and then she noticed a new text message.

[Unknown]: Hey, it's Namjoon! We're going back to the U.S. for a week next Friday. Would you like to go out with us or plan something together?

She made sure to add him to her contacts, excited about the prospect of meeting her friend again. Namjoon had been really fun to hang out with, and she could only hope the rest of BTS would be too.

[Kat]: Sure, I'd love to!

[Namjoon]: Okay, so I'll text you soon with more details!

Once the break was over, she went back to the rehearsal room, picked up her guitar and started practicing the songs with the rest of the guys. Tour would be here at any minute, and Kat had to make sure that everything was absolutely perfect. It's the bare minimum her fans deserve for supporting her and the band unconditionally.

This time around, she managed to get her mind to focus on the song. Her guitar playing and her singing levels above what she had delivered just minutes before. Once they were satisfied with their performance, and had gone through their entire set list, rehearsal was over.

Kat had always been a perfectionist, and if one of their songs wasn't really up to standard, she would make everyone repeat it 5 times until everything was perfect. Today however, things seem to be a little different. When she left her country to chase her dream in the U.S., her father stopped contacting her, claiming that she wouldn't succeed and should look for a stable job instead of being an embarrassment to their family. But that all changed a few days ago, when he saw she had won two Grammys he called her multiple times trying to get her to give him money.

Kat had been trying to ignore the calls, but it is practically impossible when he spends every day calling her. In fact, she had been getting so many calls from her father, that she didn't even notice the missed calls from the mysterious phone number she tried calling the day after the Grammys. Three missed calls in total, all from the Korean number she had on her arm, went unnoticed in the middle of her father's calls.

"Hey, me and the guys are going to Las Vegas for a party on Friday, do you wanna come with us? I heard it's going to be insane!" Mike said once they were all outside, about to enter their cars.

"Yeah, some singers are going to be in Las Vegas soon for a concert, and they threw this private party there. My buddy Jackson works there, and he told me about it, and said we were more than welcome to go." Butted Zeke.

"Do you guys just do nothing but party? Is that how you spend your free time now?"

"Come on, we've been working our asses off for years to get to where we are now. I feel like now that we've accomplished something great like winning the Grammy, we deserve to party and relax for a bit!"

"Well, I don't really have any plans for Friday. I guess you're right, I should enjoy some rest right now too."

"See, I knew you'd come around!! We'll send you the details, and pick you up on Friday probably around 17, so be ready!"
