Today Crazy Saints were doing an interview for a famous talk show. To say Kat was proud was an understatement. Their band was getting recognition outside of the metal/rock world, bringing heavy music to the general public.

The four members were sitting on a couch in front of the presenter.

"So, you guys mentioned before your last album, and how it's more influenced by old school thrash metal. Could you tell us more about that?"

"Yeah, so our first albums were heavily influenced by Van Halen, power metal albums, and also by industrial metal and bands like FeuerTieren. We all love FeuerTieren, because we all grew up listening to it. By the way, I actually got to meet them recently too, and they were so nice! But I digress, we have a very democratic way of writing, where we all pitch in, we all vote on what material we want to keep, and what material we want to delete." Kat said.

"On this album it just so happened we all had been listening to a lot of Exodus, Anthrax, Megadeth and Testament. So, all that combined makes for a faster, more aggressive album, with some interesting riffs and great solos as usual." Zeke continued.

"Ok, now there's something else I want to ask. You are all very attractive people in your mid-twenties, so fans are bound to fall in love. How do you deal with fans confessing their love towards you, what would you like to say to those fans?"

"I'd tell them Zeke is single and an absolute sweetheart, husband material I'd say. He's like a male version of myself, so much so, that some people close to us jokingly call us 'twins'. Eddie is also single and very charming, but good luck getting him to settle down. He'll lure you in, but once you start to catch feelings, he ghosts you.
As for the rest of us, Mike is happily taken, and so am I." Kat said jokingly.

"In all seriousness now, I don't think we even have to say anything to them regarding that. I feel like our fans can separate us as performers from us as people, and realize we have a private life that they do not get to be involved in. We have firm boundaries when it comes to our personal lives, and so far I feel like our fans respect that." Mike answered the interviewer.

"Wait, can we back up a second? Did I hear that right?!"

"What?"

"Are you dating someone right now Kat?"

At that moment Kat realized she might've said too much. But at the same time, she took the opportunity to announce to everyone that she had a boyfriend.

"Uhm, actually yeah. We met some time ago, and we just hit it off. At first I wasn't too sure, but he's everything I ever wanted, and maybe even more, and he makes me the happiest I've ever been, and I feel safe when I'm around him."

The interviewer turned to the camera with a smile, as if she'd just won the lottery. "Everyone, you heard it here first, Kat du Saint is in a relationship!" She turned back to Kat, determined to get as much information as possible. "You're obviously a touring musician, how do you make the relationship work, and how does your boyfriend feel about that?"

"Our relationship involves a ridiculous amount of plane tickets, and hotel reservations. He works as well, so whenever there's time, we arrange the flights and accommodations and make the most out of whatever time we have left together. He understands that touring life isn't easy, sometimes it's as if he's experienced it himself. But we trust each other, and he's very understanding."

"And can we know who this mystery man is?"

She wanted to protect the relationship as much as she could. "I think for now, it's best if we keep things private. His identity shouldn't be important to the fans, what matters is that I'm dating, and happy for that matter."

The interview continued, with them moving on to different topics. At that point, Yoongi, who had been watching live from Korea, disconnected. He was still dumbfounded that his girlfriend had so easily told all of her fans that she was in a relationship. He wished things were that simple for him, but it simply wasn't.

Going public with the relationship would mean ill-intentioned people putting both his life and his girlfriend's life in danger. And the last thing he wanted was to see Kat getting hurt. He was content with just knowing that everyone knew his girl was taken, regardless of if they knew who she was dating.

As soon as he knew her interview was over, he called her.

"Hey"

"Hey, I'm so sorry baby! We should've discussed how to announce our relationship before I went on the interview and blew it, I'm so-"

"Hey! Stop that, it's okay! I'm actually glad you did that. Now everyone will know you're off limits."

"What about you? What if someone hits on you because they think you're single?"

"I'll look at them with my resting bitch face until they get the hint and move the fuck on. Works like a charm every time."

"Really? That's it?"

"Yup. So far it has worked on a few people, including an annoying interviewer that kept hitting on us last month. Nuh-uh, the others might've been swooned by her, not me though. I already know that once that interview comes out, people will be calling me cold and stupid, but it's just my way of setting boundaries."

"Hey, I've been thinking, and I've met your band members, but you haven't officially met mine. Like, yes, we've all had dinner together, but that was before you and I started dating. I want to properly introduce you to them. Would you like that?"

"Of course!! I know that they're your family, I'd love to finally introduce myself to them as your boyfriend."

"The guys have been making fun of me every day, since you met them. I can't smile at my phone for even a split second, without them teasing me for it. And after that day you visited, they wouldn't stop teasing me for trying to sneak you in, like a teenager."

"They're just happy for you! Hobi told me you changed a lot since we met."

"How so?"

"He says you were always very kind and sensitive, but never really showed it. But now you're very open with your emotions and don't keep that cold facade around them."

"He's over exaggerating a little. You have made me happier, but I don't think I've changed that much. Hey look, I have to go now, because we have some dance practice to do, but I'll talk to you later, bye my love!"

"Bye babe!"
