(Funny and Toodles hang out in HDH but Funny's anxiety nearly gets him caught so Toodles helps out!)

Funny mindlessly fiddled with his ring necklace as he waited for Toodles to show. He was in the Happy Helper's Headquarters, sitting in Minnie's seat, but, he was far from happy himself. Even though he had been doing this for about two months, he still got butterflies in his stomach whenever he came to Hot Dog Hills as a human. What if someone saw through his disguise? What if his anxiety made his powers fire off at a bad time? What if he gave himself away by accident and the gang found out? What if? What if?! It was a few minutes over when he discovered that he was gripping his ring tightly and he was breathing heavily so he let go and searched for a fidget toy. The last thing he needed was an anxiety attack which could trigger an asthma attack.

" Alright Funny, take it easy. You're okay! You haven't screwed up just yet which means you're doing fine! " Yet hearing that he hadn't screwed up yet made his leg bounce up and down. What if he did? He was always known for making mistakes! He rubbed his face and groaned. Why wouldn't his brain just give him a break?! Suddenly, his necklace began to buzz a few times, and a slight wave of peace washed over him. Someone was sending some reassurance. " Funny? " Daisy called, startling the Funhouse. He slightly jumped, looking directly at her. His eyes had flickered a bright green for a few seconds before going back to normal. " Woah, I didn't mean to scare you...also didn't know your eyes could do that! " She said sheepishly while walking over.

He waved her off. " No no, it's okay! I just...need a moment. " He managed to put together but ' a moment ' wasn't at all what he needed and Daisy could see that. She held her bracelet again and it made Funny's necklace softly hum again. " I think you need a little more than that. " Said Daisy as she took a seat on Minnie's desk. He rubbed his temples and groaned. " What's going on? " She asked gently and, so, he did. He had been practicing telling people about his problems with Windy and, even though it was extremely difficult, he was getting better. " You aren't going to screw up, Funny! " Her eyes narrowed, " And you're not one either. " Funny whistled nonchalantly and looked up to the ceiling.

When he looked back down, she was still squinting and he chuckled nervously before nodding and looking down. " I know keeping yourself a secret is hard and, honestly, we wouldn't have you hiding if a certain someone didn't come to Hot Dog Hills to cause mischief and danger but, if things get too overwhelming, you can always come to one of us and stimulate yourself! " She reminded him, holding her hands out to hold his. He placed his hands into hers, they were trembling. " You got this! You've been doing this for a while now! " She comforted. He managed to look into her eyes. " B...But what if I...what if I mess up? " He asked with a nervous tone. " You've always comforted us when we made mistakes, why wouldn't we do the same for you? "

...that made sense. His heart began to slow down and he was able to stop shaking as much. That made sense. Friends help friends and friends don't hurt friends. That made sense. He took a breath and nodded. " O-Okay Daisy, thanks for that. " He said with a relieved smile. She winked and hopped off the desk. " Remember: If you need a break, take one. " She reminded and he nodded rubbing his face. Mere seconds later, he heard a familiar jingling and his heart leaped with joy! He knew who that was and he gave him the biggest bear hug when he flew inside. " TOODLES! " Funny cried out happily. The Mouskatool holder laughed joyfully and hugged his friend back. " Hiya Fun-Fun-Funny! I'm so happy to see you! " He cheered.

Funny broke from the hug. " And I'm so happy to see you, too! " He sighed, putting a hand to his chest. Toodles looked over to the door. " Are you r-r-ready for our day out? " He asked eagerly, Funny nodding. His mechanical hand popped out and he took the Funhouse by his hand and practically dragged him out the door. Funny allowed himself to laugh, telling Toodles to slow down a bit since he wasn't going anywhere other than wherever Toodles wanted to.
