The gang reached the top of the stairs and made their way through the seashell door. Funny was just about to teleport after Donald made his way inside when he thought he heard Windy trilling his name. So, naturally, he poofed to the front of the house and looked upwards to Windy's perch where they were waiting for him. " Hiya Windy! What's up? " He asked with his eyes sparkling in delight. The weathervane was happy to see their friend in such high spirits. " Take it easy. " They warbled out, taking their time so it would come out clear. " I always take it easy! " Funny giggled but Windy crossed their arms. A small flood of recent memories flowed into his mind and he nodded. " Maybe not always...but I'll try to. I promise. " He said. Windy flew off their perch and then hugged the face of the house.

Funny nuzzled them right back with a small smile. They soon broke the hug and, with a wave, Windy disappeared to Hot Dog Hills. Most likely to help Von Drake and Toodles with helping others. Man, those two were close! You'd think they were siblings or something! It reminded him a lot of how he was with Minnie. The Funhouse soon disappeared into the ocean where he could see the gang, far off into the distance, decorating and having a merry time. Hmm, Octo-Pete must have disappeared somewhere to do other duties. " Good, " He thought, " More room for people to help! " He poofed off of the castle and into a mermaid form.

He had a wonderfully long blue tail that had light blue and purple reflective scales littered about it, his fins were purple as well! Across his neck was his necklace but now it was a clam that was being held by a string of seashells, he was practically sparkling from the little orange scales that were scattered around his neck, chest, and arms! His pointed ears and hands had suddenly turned webbed, his hair was done in a bun with his signature curl hanging out and, lastly, he wore a crown. The base was orange little " fins " that held a swirly yellow piece of coral and on top rested a purple seashell.

He looked to his castle form and then to himself. A spitting image if he did say so himself (which he did) and, with that, he began to swim towards his friends.  He had just gotten near them when he bumped into someone. " Oof! " They both cried out. Funny was slightly pushed back but he quickly recovered and looked around for the friend he bumped into. He suddenly noticed a little girl. Red dreads done in a beautiful ponytail, a green tail, a cute purple lil top, and little markings on her face. " Oh no! I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to bump into you! " Apologized Funny as he helped her ' up '. The little mermaid laughed, dusting herself off. " It's okay, Mister! You didn't mean it! " She giggled, Funny looking a bit relieved. He looked around. He didn't see any parental figure around. " Are you lost? " He asked. The girl shook her head. " Nuh uh, I was juuuust heading back to my Daddy! I saw that there's a party going on so I'm gonna ask him if I can help! "

" Well, that's sweet! That's where I'm headed to actually, maybe you'll get to hang out with me and my friends! " He said. The mermaid nodded excitedly and was about to swim off when Funny stopped her. " Wait, I can swim with you with your Dad so you don't have to worry about bumping into anyone else! " He offered. He didn't like the idea of a kid swimming off on their lonesome. The girl pointed afar and Funny could see a man waving to her. " He's right there, don't worry! Plus, I have two other friends watching me so I don't have to worry, " She laughed, " But thank you for offering misterrr.. " " Funny! " He answered which made the girl laugh again. " I like your name! " " I like it too and you are? " He twirled his hand a bit as a way to ask.

" My name is Ariel! " She beamed. " Well, it was very nice to meet you, Ariel. Hope to see you soon! " Said Funny. She nodded before waving goodbye and swimming off with Funny doing the same. However, he couldn't help but stop swimming at points to watch her until she was safely in her Dad's arms. Then, he swam up to the gang who were hanging up decorations and laughing up a storm.
