He needed to get somewhere secluded. This wasn't going to be something that would end well if he stayed in the city. His vision kept turning into a lime green hue, just like when he had fought that villain who hurt his friends. Blind with rage. But this time, he wasn't angry. He was being blinded with fear. And he didn't have control. Using the wall for support, he lifted himself and tried to find his way out with the vision he had left. Clear as day, he heard the sound of the cash register ringing but it was piercing! Like someone had turned the volume notch to 90. His hands clasped onto his ears and he shut his eyes tightly but, unbeknownst to him, the candy began to rattle and the many loose boxes and stands started to grow near him. Oh, gutters...that wasn't good.

When he opened his eyes, his vision had worsened but he could feel that he was starting to affect the things around him. He forced his hands off his ears and, using his magic, he " pushed " everything back to where it was supposed to be. It was mostly successful but a few things knocked over which caught the attention of Toodles and Ms. Sweetums who made their way over. " Are you alright, my friend? " She asked but she was soon slightly pushed back a bit as Funny dashed passed her and out the door. Toodles put the candy in a compartment within him and looked towards the door. In the blink of an eye, the small mess on the floor was cleaned and sorted. " Thank you, Toodles! " She managed to say with a smile before it faded as she looked at her door which was still wide open. " He'll be okay, I-I-I'll make sure of i-i-it. " Toddles assured and then he flew off.

He looked all around the city but there was no sign of his friend. His own set of panic started to sink in as he flew to all the spots that he knew Funny liked. The garage? No, not there. The Happy Helper's Headquarters? None of the girls had seen him but they'd help search! The park? Not a trace! Mickey's house or Minnie and Daisy's shared apartment? You can take your guess. " W-W-Where is-is h-h-h-he?! " He asked out loud, noticing his stutter getting a bit worse. Alright, he needed to calm down before he found himself in a similar situation that Funny was probably in. He took a few calming breaths and soon enough, he could think clearly. Now, he had checked every place in Hot Dog Hills but he didn't check the one place Funny always found comfort in.

Toodles was quick to pull up his facechat app and immediately called his little brother. After the second ring, Windy waved eagerly. " Hi, Toodles!, " They signed eagerly, " What's up? " Toodles made it quick.

" Did Fu-Fu-Funny come back home? "

" N...No, he's not here. Why? What's wrong? "

" He's having an anxiety att-tt-ttack and I think he might have gone b-back. "

" Oh dear...okay, okay, I know a spot that he could be in! I'll go check right now. I'm sending you the coordinates right now so you can meet me. "

" Alright, th-th-thanks Windy! Lo-love you! "

" I love you, too! And you're welcome! "

When he hung up, he immediately got the message and he flew his way towards Funhouse forest. Over with Windy, they flew like the wind in a hurricane to the spot where Funny could have been. Their mind raced with questions: Was he okay? How did this happen? How bad was it? Did he remember his breathing exercises? Windy soon found themselves in the dark side of the forest. It would remind someone of the Dark Woods in Majestica but you could still tell it was Funhouse Forest. As Windy flew inside, the chuckled. They always did when they came here because Funny despised the dark and yet, the place where he found the most comfort was a place shrouded in darkness. Well, not complete darkness since fireflies quietly twinkled about and magic was all around. It glowed in the blue, babbling brooks, in the leaves of green trees which looked as if gold pixies were hiding inside them, on the grass itself which also lit up a beautiful gold and so much more.

There was beauty in this place. Beauty, peace, and this strange sense of understanding. No wonder Funny felt safe here. Soon, they found themselves on an opening where a giant tree that held a gold glow in its leaves seemed to watch over a still lake. It shimmered a comforting blue colour which drew Windy in. It was quiet...for a moment. They heard someone crying and groaning from below and when they searched for the culprit, they saw someone wrapped in a green glow all around, on their knees. Oh...it was that bad. They flew down and gently whistled for Funny attention. Funny's head shot up and he looked around. " W-Windy? Windy!! Windy, where are you?! I can't...hic! I c-can't see..." He sobbed out, looking frantically for his friend.

Windy flew right in front of him and gasped. His eyes were fully green now. They waved but Funny's eyes still seemed to dart around. Windy flew to Funny's face and put their hands on his cheeks and the Funhouse cried out in delight and relief. " WINDY! Oh Windy, I..I can't st...I need hel... " He struggled to speak as his mind raced with the many things he needed to tell them. Windy took a second to think before pushing Funny lightly to make him sit down. When that was done, they took his hand and began to spell out words in ASL, like the way Hellen Keller's Teacher did for her.

" L- E - T G- O ."

Funny refused. " No! Windy...Windy I can't let my magic go! It's too powerful and I'll...I'll hurt someone! "

" F- O- R- E- S- T I- S C- O- N- N- E- C- T- E- D. "

Funny whined. " I know the Forest and I are connected! I know that it can handle whatever I throw at it b-but- "

" I W- A- N- T Y- O- U T- O S- E- E. "

Funny trembled while he felt the pulse of his magic swirl within him. Windy was right, if he wanted to see again or feel better in general, he had to let go but he was afraid of what damages would happen...he hadn't had an outburst since he was a child and there was a reason for that.

" I A- M H- E- R- E "

He sobbed after " reading " that before pulling Windy into a hug. When he let go, he took a breath and channeled all his energy to the center of his body. " W-Windy? Fly h-h-high. As h-high as you c-can. " He instructed and Windy did so. His magic could reach pretty high when he needed to rid some but it would only go so far. He began to glow brighter, a mix of blue suddenly finding itself in the green glow. Something dawned on Windy and they soon started to fly towards the light side of the forest. They needed to warn Toodles to get to higher ground.
