After leaving the cafe, Jin made his way to a large supermarket nearby. He was surprised by how vast the place was, though he remembered the time he’d visited an even bigger store with Jungkook. Still, he thought, this place has a nice selection.
Jin wandered around the aisles, not exactly sure what he was looking for but hoping to find something special. After browsing through a few sections, he ended up in a small cosmetics and accessories shop. His gaze drifted over the display cases filled with necklaces and bracelets, each piece gleaming under the lights.
Then something caught his eye—a couple's necklace set. Simple yet elegant, with matching pendants that fit together like two pieces of a puzzle. Jin’s curiosity piqued as he took a closer look. The idea of him and Jungkook wearing something like that brought a small smile to his face. Would he even like something like this? Jin wondered, still holding the necklace in his hand, considering it carefully.
Jin asked the receptionist for the price and stood there, deep in thought. Since marrying Jungkook, money had never been an issue. Jungkook had always handled everything with ease—if Jin ever wanted anything, Jungkook would either hand him his card or, if he was in the mood, buy out the whole place.
If I even mention this mall impressed me, Jin thought, smiling to himself, Jungkook wouldn’t hesitate to buy it. But that thought only made Jin feel a bit silly. What would I do with a mall? How could I even explain that to him?
Jin shook his head, chuckling at the absurdity. He just wanted a simple, meaningful gift—something he could buy himself, a surprise he could give from his own effort, not Jungkook’s endless resources. He ran his fingers over the couple's necklace again, determined to make this one gesture his own.
"Would you like to buy it?" the receptionist's voice pulled Jin out of his thoughts.
He blinked, then nodded with a small smile. "Yes, I'd like to," he said, feeling a bit excited.
After paying, he held the necklace box carefully in his hands, a satisfied smile on his face. This will be perfect... a little surprise just from me to him.
Jin couldn’t wait to see Jungkook's reaction.

After getting the necklace, Jin stood outside, holding the cake packet in one hand and the small bag with the necklace box in the other.
"Now what?" he muttered to himself, not quite ready to head home just yet. Then, a mischievous grin spread across his face as an idea struck him. "How about a surprise visit? I've never seen his office!"
With a grin, Jin hopped into the cab, clutching the cake and necklace package tightly. The thought of surprising Jungkook at work filled him with excitement. He'd never been to Jungkook's office before—he knew it was one of the country's most impressive buildings, towering over the city as a symbol of Jungkook's success.
As the cab pulled up to Jeon Enterprises, Jin’s eyes widened. The building was even more imposing up close, sleek and modern, stretching into the sky. He took a deep breath, adjusting his hold on the packages as he stepped out.
Inside, the lobby was bustling with activity, yet every detail was immaculate. Jin’s gaze wandered as he approached the reception desk.
"Good afternoon, sir," the receptionist greeted him politely. "How can I help you?"
"I’m here to see Mr. Jeon," Jin said with a slight smile, trying to contain his excitement.
The receptionist raised an eyebrow, taken aback by his informal tone but nodded. "Of course. May I have your name?"
