Blue Beetle (Young Justice) x Reader

   Y/N'S POV

  Right now, I was waiting for my amazing boyfriend, Blue Beetle. Blue was out on a mission with Tim, Impulse, and Red. I was responsible for security and monitoring the team with Dick. I had just received word through my comms that the team was on their way back.
  I let out a sigh of relief, and Dick laughed, lightly hitting my hand. I smiled and waited for Blue to return. A few minutes later, I spotted Blue walking towards me. I ran to him.

  Blue said,"If you were this worried, what happens when we have kids?"

  I blushed in embarrassment, and Wally ran over to me.

  Wally sent me his best smile and said,"Hey, Y/N. Can you help me for a second?"

  I immediately nodded and said,"Yeah. Sure, Kid. What's up?"

  Wally said,"Take my hand."

  I took Wally's hand, before he picked me up bridal style and ran us into the kitchen.

  I looked around, and my eyes landed on someone in particular: Artemis. Artemis was also in the kitchen. She didn't look too good. Matter of fact, she looked like she was about to break. My best guess was something happened between Wally and her.

  I turned to Wally for an explanation, and he sighed saying,"We had an argument."

  I pinched Wally's cheek saying,"I got this. I'll get her back."

  Wally squeezed my hand and sent me a grateful smile, before he ran towards the entrance of Mount Justice.
  I slowly walked up to Artemis and sat down beside her. I pulled her in for a hug, and she hugged back.

  I asked her,"Artemis, what's wrong?"

  Artemis sighed and mumbled,"Wally and I had an argument."

  I laughed a little and said,"Care telling me what it was about?"

  Artemis nodded and said annoyed,"Wally was being an idiot, and he couldn't tell me the truth about my family."

  I took Artemis' hand saying,"I'm sorry, Artemis, but Wally had a good reason for holding back on telling you about your family. We were all shocked to hear about Cheshire being your sister. Artemis, we all love you. You are my best friend, and Wally loves you. He deeply, deeply, cares about you. Wally was the one who asked me to come and comfort you, because he thought you wouldn't want to speak to him right now."

  Artemis got up from the sofa and thanked me, before she ran towards Wally. I smiled and found Blue sitting in his room.
  I walked up behind him and wrapped my arms around his neck. Blue pulled me into his lap and leaned on me.

  He cupped my face and asked me,"What took you so long?"

  I smiled in victory saying,"Solving relationship issues."

  Blue playfully rolled his eyes and laughed saying,"Okay, love match maker."

  Blue gave me a kiss before saying,"I love you."

  I smirked and placed kisses all over his face saying,"I love you, too, Blue. Dinner?"

  "Dinner. You choose this time."

  "Yay!"
