Damian Wayne x Mother Reader Part 1

Dedicated to LittleMissAnime2468. Imagine you taking care of Damian as if he were your biological son.

   Y/N'S POV

  Right now, I was waiting on the boys to get finished with the T.V. They had been playing the PlayStation for over 3 hours now, and I just wanted to catch up on my shows. I would go somewhere else, but I was too lazy to.

  Tim smiled saying,"We are almost done, Y/N. Where is Damian?"

  I returned Tim's smile and motioned upstairs. Tim nodded and tried to beat Jason at the game. Jason was still winning and kept on teasing Tim about it. I giggled softly, but realized Dick, Bruce, and Alfred weren't here.

  Jason noticed it, too, and said,"They are downstairs working on something for the future of Wayne Enterprises."

  I put my hand over my chest, relieved that they were okay. Jason chuckled deeply, but he had unfortunately lost his focus.

  Tim took the lead and yelled,"WOO!! TAKE THAT, TODD!!"

  Jason pushed Tim over the sofa and took back his title. I smiled at them actually playing together, because it was not something you saw every day.

  I heard Damian yell,"MOTHER!!"

  Damian ran down the stairs, and Jason and Tim mocked him calling me mother. I rolled my eyes and pushed them over the couch again, making sure they stayed down.

  Jason groaned, while Tim whined saying,"Y/N, get off!! You weigh a ton!!"

  I smiled, because Tim and Jason were complaining. I knew Tim was just playing around, but I just pinned them both down.

  Damian chuckled, while I turned to him saying,"What is it, baby?"

  Jason went to say something, but I pinched his side. Jason groaned in pain, and I giggled holding him down some more.

  Damian smiled saying,"I was wondering if you could help me with something. It is okay, if you are too busy trying to figure out what Todd and Drake are. I can go ask Father."

  Damian went to leave, but I couldn't let Tim and Jason go running after him.

  I gently grabbed his arm and smiled back saying,"No, darling, I can help you. Lead the way, Dami."

  Damian grabbed my hand and led me up the stairs. I smiled and then let him guide me to his room.

  He calmly said,"Sit down, Mother. I wanna tell you something. I-"

  Damian went to say something, but my comms went off. The only reason I had it on was because Bruce told me, too, just in case something happened.

  I held up my finger and gave Damian an apologetic look before answering,"Yes, honey?"

  "Is Damian doing okay? I just wanted to check on him. He is my son, Y/N."

  I smirked saying,"Technically, he is my son, too. What? I am not good enough to share Damian with you?"

  Bruce stuttered through the comms, and I thought it was the cutest thing ever!!

  I giggled softly saying,"Bruce, I am kidding. Understood."

  I hung up before saying,"I will be right back, Damian. Entertain yourself, until I come back."

  I kissed Damian's cheek and jogged down the stairs. I saw Alfred trying to get Talia to leave.

  I sighed and quickly said,"Alfred, it is okay. I got this. Thanks."

  Alfred gave me a thankful look, before he walked into the kitchen.

  I turned to Talia and tried to keep it together saying,"Talia, today is not a good day to be here. What do you need?"

  Talia rolled her eyes and replied,"I am here for Beloved. I am sure he is done with you by now."

  I looked at her in disbelief, but I focused on the matter at hand. When Talia did not say anything, I realized she may have also been here for Damian.

  I asked her,"So, you want him all of a sudden? What made you come back after all these years?"

  Talia shrugged and blankly said,"You think you can just steal my child!! He is not yours!! Damian belongs with me, and I am here to take him back!!"

  I shook my head and sternly said,"LISTEN HERE, CHICK!! DAMIAN IS NO LONGER YOUR CHILD!! THE BLOOD WORK MAY SHOW IT, BUT THE CARE AND SUPPORT DEFINITELY DOES NOT!! DAMIAN HAS BEEN THROUGH ENOUGH, AND YOU CAUSED IT!! WHO LEAVES THEIR KID WITH THEIR FATHER AND NEVER COMES BACK!! YOU DAMAGED HIM AND THERE IS NO RECOVERING FROM THAT! I HAVE COME TO LOVE HIM AS MY OWN, AND IF I CAN PROTECT HIM FROM YOU, THEN I WILL DO ANYTHING TO KEEP HIM HERE!!"

  Talia gave me the coldest glare, but I stood my ground. She was not taking Damian, because she would just end up turning Damian into another deadly weapon. Damian was almost an adult now, but he was still a part of my family. He was not going anywhere. I...I loved him. He was my son. Talia went to hit me, but someone tackled her. My savior turned out to be Jason. He sent me a wink, and I smiled catching my breath.

  Damian ran down the stairs, and Talia faked a smile saying,"My child. You can come home with me now."

  Damian gave her the weirdest look, and I giggled holding my stomach.

  Damian stood beside me and shook his head saying,"This is my home now, and I am with my rightful mother. She has taken better care of me than you ever did. I am not going anywhere."

  Talia sent me another cold glare, before she stuck something into my neck. I groaned and pushed her off. I struggled to keep my balance.

  I slowly fell back, before I heard Damian yell,"MOTHER!!"
