Cole Cash (Grifter) x Reader

Dedicated to VincentAckerman. I have something to say: It's okay to request characters that aren't the well-known ones. For right now, PLEASE hold off on requests, until I'm caught up with everyone's. Luckily, I've been doing this for a while, so it won't take that long. Thanks for understanding!! I'm trying to bring out more characters, so we can expand our horizon, because I'm learning stuff, too!

   Y/N'S POV

  I was waiting on my boyfriend, Cole Cash, to pick me up. Cole was not the most famous individual out there, but he tried to make a difference in his own way. Fun fact: Cole used to work as a Black Ops soldier.
 
  Speaking of Cole, I quickly dodged a bullet that went right across my face.

  I winced in pain and angrily yelled,"COLE CASH!!"

  Cole ran into the room and innocently said,"Sorry, baby, I was just trying to get some practice in."

  I rolled my eyes and mumbled under my breath,"Sure, you were."

  Cole heard that and said,"Why are you so upset? Aww, baby, C'mon. I said I was sorry!!"

  I turned away from Cole and gently tended to the wound that appeared on my cheek. Cole walked over to me and took my hand. He leaned over and kissed my cheek lovingly. I couldn't help but smile and blushed looking down. Cole smirked, and I gladly pushed him away.

  I got up and said,"Way to ruin the moment, Cash!! We had something going, until you had to get all arrogant!!"

  I went to walk into the kitchen, but strong arms pulled me back. I was turned around and stared into those blue eyes I had fainted over so many times before. I slowly brought my hand up to Cole's face and brushed a strand of his blonde hair from his face.

  Cole leaned into my touch, while I smiled up at him saying,"I love you, Grifter."

  Cole opened his eyes and smiled down at me saying,"I love you, too. May I?"

  I nodded and intertwined my fingers with his. Cole leaned in slowly and kissed me passionately. I kissed back and brought him closer. Cole wrapped his arms around my waist, and I slowly brought my hand to where his gun was. I almost had it, but Cole decided to intertwine his fingers with mine again.
  I blushed, but I remembered what I had to do for both our sakes. Cole just looked me in the eyes, and I made sure I did not break eye contact with him.

  I took that as my chance and grabbed his gun, before Cole yelled,"BABY!!"

  I...I loved him too much to keep him from going back out there. I ran out to the water beside our house and threw the gun in.

  Cole caught up to me and asked me, clearly frustrated,"Babe, why did you do that?"

  Just thinking about why brought tears to my eyes. Cole's blue eyes immediately softened, and he walked over to me.

  He brought me close and put his forehead on mine saying,"What is going on? Do you need to tell me something?"

  I continued to let my tears fall and shook my head saying,"No, I...I am just trying to protect you. Cole, I cannot lose you. I love you."

  Cole held my hands and kissed my forehead saying,"You are not going to lose me, okay? Look, I will stay here with you, because you need me. I guess I will not go today, then."

  I sniffed and gripped his shirt saying,"You promise?"

  Cole nodded and pecked my lips saying,"I promise, Y/N. Let's head back inside."

  Cole grabbed my hand and led us back inside the house. He sat me down, before he headed into the kitchen. I smiled, but I quickly ran upstairs and grabbed his gift I had bought for him. I walked down the stairs and continued to hold Cole's gift in my hand. I saw Cole laying down across the couch, while he was looking at the ceiling.

  I softly said,"Baby?"

  Cole hmmed in response, but he saw the box in my hand. He held out his hand, and I smiled, letting him pull me down with him.

  Cole sat us up and kissed my nose saying,"What's this for, babe?"

  I stroked his cheek slowly saying,"For saving my life and being here for me. I am happy Team 7 came and did those missions, because then I would not have met you. Open it."

  Cole was curious now, but he placed a gentle and sweet kiss on my cheek. I blushed and gently pushed him away, before Cole opened his gift. I waited for his response, well reaction, but Cole sat there motionless. I began to worry. Cole noticed and placed multiple kisses on my lips.

  I said,"So?"

  Cole smiled so big and yelled,"I'M GONNA BE A FATHER!! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH, Y/N!!"

  I wiped my forehead, before Cole kissed me passionately. I kissed back, and I was so relieved that he didn't turn me away. Cole slowly pulled away from the kiss and placed his hand on my stomach. I put my hand over Cole's hand. Cole chuckled and hugged me. I hugged back and kissed his cheek, before he led me into the kitchen.
