Nightwing x Requested Reader Part 1

   SAMANITHIA'S POV

  Being considered royalty wasn't as easy as most people thought it was. I had people I had to look after, given I was the daughter of Aquaman and Queen Mera. They were the greatest parents ever, and I was certain they loved having me as their daughter.
  We lived in Altantis, which was rich in beauty and monuments. Here in Atlantis, I was destined to take over Mom's throne, when I found my true love. He would be the king, and I would rule at his side.

  Someone knocked on my door, and I yelled,"COME IN!!"

  I turned on my side to see Aqualad and Dad. I smiled and rushed to them, pulling them both in for a hug.

  Aqualad said,"Greetings, Queen Samanithia."

  I blushed and said,"Kaldur, I am not queen yet, until I find that special someone."

  Dad smiled and kissed my cheek saying,"You will, Princess. You may even know him already.."

  I thought about it, and I thought through my options. I had some options, but there was one I cared about the most, Dick Grayson.
  Dick Grayson was the one who somehow always managed to be on my mind, even when I tried not to think of anything. Yet I had had feelings for Dick Grayson ever since my common visits to Mount Justice.

  Kaldur smiled and said,"Princess, are you coming with me to visit the team?"

  I gave Dad pleading eyes, before he nodded. I squealed and kissed Dad's cheek, then I grabbed Kaldur's hand.
  He smiled, and I smiled back at him. Kaldur and I went through the Zeta Tube, before we ended up at Mount Justice.

  I was tackled in hugs from the people I loved very much, and M'gann hugged me first.

  I chuckled and returned her embrace saying,"Hello, M'gann, it is nice to see you again. How are you?"

  She smiled and said,"I have been fine. Earth has been okay, and Conner and I are back together..."

  I smiled and said,"That is great, honey. I am so happy for you. Is Dick here?"

  M'gann smirked and said,"You want to see him, don't you?"

  I blushed and said,"Maybe. Is he-"

  I saw Nightwing talking to Mal. I grew nervous quicker than I thought I would.

  Wally smirked and said,"Ooo, someone likes Nightwing. Just go talk to him.."

  I stuttered before saying,"I..I can't..What if he thinks I look bad? Do I look okay?"

  Wally smirked and crossed his arms saying,"You always look good, babe."

  Artemis elbowed him in the stomach, before Wally groaned in pain. I giggled and took a deep breath. I made my way over to Dick, before I hoped Mal talked to me first.

  Mal smiled and said,"Hey, how have you been?"

  I smiled back and said,"Great."

  Mal nodded and noticed me staring at Dick.

  He pinched my cheek and whispered in my ear,"Go get him, Sam.."

  I smiled at Mal, until it was just Dick and I.

  Nightwing gave me a smile and said,"Hey, Sammy, how are you?"

  I replied,"Fine. I have just been stressed with getting prepared to become Queen."

  Dick nodded and asked me,"Do you need help?"

  I smiled at his concern and said,"No, I will be all right. Who is she?"

  Dick turned and smiled saying,"That is Zatanna. She is really intelligent and skilled."

  I frowned at how much he smiled at her, yet I couldn't let that stop me from trying. Dick turned around and put his hand over mine.

  I blushed and said,"Dick, what are you doing?"

  Dick intertwined my fingers with his, before he leaned in. I did, too, before our lips met. I kissed Dick back and brought him closer.

  Dick held on for a minute, before he ended the kiss,"I have wanted to do that for a long time now. I love you, Samanithia."

  I smiled and said,"I love you, too, Wing. I love you, too."

  Dick smiled and stared at me, before I looked down.

  He lifted my chin and smirked saying,"So, does this mean I will become king then?"

  I playfully rolled my eyes and said,"Not with that attitude you're not.."

  Dick pulled me close and said,"Are you going to do something about it?"

  I stroked his cheek and said,"Yeah, I am going to love you harder.."

  Dick chuckled, but he smiled hugging me. I hugged him back, and I looked forward to becoming Queen of Atlantis.
