Dick Grayson x Reader Part 1

   Y/N'S POV

  Inside the Batcave, I stood with Bruce and Alfred. Well, I was really sitting, while Alfred and Bruce had chosen to remain standing. I was waiting on Dick to come back home from his mission, because he had been gone for a few weeks now.

  Bruce walked over to me and rested his hand on my shoulder saying,"Y/N, is everything all right? You look upset about something. Do you want to talk about it?"

  I shook my head and politely said,"No thanks, Bruce. I will be fine but thanks for the concern. Batman, you are so cute."

  Bruce playfully rolled his eyes, but then he pushed me out of my chair. I could not help but smile, while Alfred laughed at the interaction between Bruce and I.
  I heard an engine coming from the back entrance of the Batcave. My smile was quickly replaced with a frown. I couldn't forget what had taken place while Dick had been gone.

  Bruce smirked and squeezed my hand, before he joined Alfred upstairs. Nightwing arrived on his motorcycle, and I made my way towards him. He smiled so big and ran to me, obviously not paying attention to the fact that I wasn't smiling right now. He met me halfway and picked me up, spinning me around. Dick smiled up at me, before he put me down.

  Dick buried his face in my neck and said,"I missed you so much. I love you, Y/N."

  When Dick said both of those things, I had a hard time believing either one of them. I immediately pulled away from him.

  Dick frowned, too, before he said,"What is wrong, babe? Was it something I said?"

  Tears formed in my eyes, while I said,"Dick, I trusted you. How could you do this to me?"

  Dick looked at me confused, before I hacked into Bruce's Batcomputer. I pulled up the camera feed from downtown Gotham and turned around.
Dick looked stuck, and I knew it was real.

  I sniffed and said,"I thought you loved me. I thought I was the one you wanted to be with. Seeing that, I guess not. I should have known I am just a part of a love triangle!"

  Dick just looked at me, and I guess he was going to go with it. I couldn't even believe him. I could understand if she kissed him, and he was forced to return the kiss (like she was physically holding him against his will), but obviously he enjoyed the kiss.

  I went to walk past him, but Dick roughly grabbed my arm.

  He sternly said,"You are not going anywhere. We are not done with this."

  I yanked my arm away from his strong hold and yelled,"I AM GOING SOMEWHERE, BUT YOU CAN STAY HERE! WE ARE DONE WITH THIS! YOU PROMISED THAT SOMETHING LIKE THIS WOULDN'T HAPPEN! YOU PROMISED! I.."

  I lowered my voice and rubbed my arms saying,"I never thought it would come to this, but Dick we are over. It is funny, because I was sure you would be the man who I would end up marrying. I guess I was wrong for thinking that way."

  I walked over to Dick and kissed him. Dick was surprised but kissed back. As we kissed, I put his present in his hand.

  I slowly pulled away and sniffed saying,"This was what I was going to give you for your birthday next month. I probably won't get the chance later. Happy Birthday."

  I kissed his cheek one last time and ran up the stairs.

  Bruce caught me saying,"Honey, what is wrong? I thought Dick was with you."

  Tears constantly fell down my face, which made Bruce understand.

  He let go of me, before I called my best friend, Karry (If you don't know who she is, Karry's my character from the Red Hood's Salvation series. Check it out, if you haven't).

  Karry pulled up in no time, and I hopped in. She gave me a worried look, but she didn't ask about it.
  We shortly arrived at Jason's apartment. I was surprised, when I walked in. I did not know Jason would actually clean something.

  Karry chuckled saying,"I made him clean it up. I may have helped him, because Jason tried to get out of it."

  I giggled, because that sounded just like him.

  Karry gently pushed me down and said,"Why don't you get comfortable, and I will fix you something?"

  I went to say something, but Karry ran into the kitchen. I smiled, because you had to love Karry. It was good to know I still had her, even after what happened with Dick. I could not believe he would cheat on me. What really bothered me was the fact that he just looked at me and didn't say a word. He only got mad when I tried to leave.

  I heard a crash, and Red Hood had chosen to enter through the window. The window that was now broken. I let out a sigh of relief that it was only Jason Todd.

  Jason said hurt,"No hug? I am sorry for missing you."

  I chuckled and smiled, because Jason always tried to make me feel better.

  I hugged him, before he said,"What happened? Oh, I will drop it. Where is Kay?"

  I just looked at Jason, while he chuckled deeply. Karry walked out of the kitchen and jumped at seeing Jason standing there.
  I laughed and thanked Karry, as she gave me some food. I loved the way Karry cooked in that rich African American way.

  I kissed her cheek in thank you, before Jason wrapped his arm around Karry saying,"Y/N, if you need to sleep in my bed, you can, babe. Karry and I will sleep somewhere else."

  I went to object, but Karry gave me a look. I quickly smiled at her, before Karry looked over at Jason. Jason nodded and gave her a kiss, before he jogged up the stairs.
  I smiled when Karry sat down beside me. She put her hand over mine and kept me company. On the inside, I was trying to figure out how I was going to move on.
