Batman x Superman

   BATMAN'S POV

  I received a call from Gordon, alerting me that the Joker was in Metropolis. What was Joker possibly doing in Metropolis? The only reason I could think of could be because it was lighter there, so no one would suspect he did it. The other could be Luthor was involved. What could Luthor and Joker possibly come up with together?

  I decided to visit Metropolis, and I was greeted by no one other than Lois Lane.

  I sent her a nod and said,"What brings you here?"

  She smiled at me and replied,"I'm here for an interview. You? It is not likely that we get to see the famous Gotham billionaire in our city. Something tells me you're not here for an interview either. You're here for justice. What's the case, Batman?"

  I chuckled and said,"Always a pleasure Lois, but I gotta go, hon."

  Lois nodded and I kissed her cheek in goodbye, before I headed to LexCorp.

  I arrived in no time and Luthor was, no doubt, talking to Joker. I smashed through the window and Joker ran, but Luthor only remained where he was.

  He chuckled and said,"Batman, what a pleasure. I was hoping Superman would show up today, but you will work too."

  I rolled my eyes and asked Lex,"What does Joker want with you?"

  He smiled and said,"Nothing. This doesn't concern you, Batman."

  Luthor smirked and threw some type of chemical below my cape. In a matter of seconds, I began to lose my vision.
  After about 10 minutes, I regained my vision back and Luthor was nowhere to be found.

  Superman appeared, and I asked him,"It took you a long time to get here. What happened?"

  He rolled his eyes and said,"I'm here, Bruce. What is it?"

  I smirked at his attitude, before I said,"Lois. Is Lois trying to get another interview for her story?"

  He said,"Mmmhm."

  I replied,"Next time, get here on time."

  Superman approached me and tried to attack me, but I held him in place saying,"You may not agree with my motives Clark, but not all of us have it as easy as you do. You can just show up, and people will respect you. I cannot do that, because it would just cause a commotion. I am trying to help you, Clark, so just listen to me for once."

  He nodded and shook my hand sighing saying,"All right, Bruce. We will do it your way, but I get to give input, too. Got it, Bruce?"

  I sighed and nodded shaking Clark's hand. Clark smiled, and we headed off to find Joker and Luthor. Maybe it might not be so bad having a little bit of help.
